The technician that showed up to do service on my AC unit was Mason Olson, he was very professional at what he was doing and talk me through what he was going to do on the maintenance side of my unit. Thank you guys so much.
Exceptional service from this family-owned business - the consultation was quick, honest, and resulted in a quote of less than half what other consults had given me. Service for humidifier install was booked for a reasonable time out (approximately 1 week) and was completed in the exact amount of time they estimated. They even found and fixed some shoddy work done during my last HVAC service from a different company and repaired/cleaned up free of charge. Installer was very thorough with explanation of servicing and using humidifier, and took all my questions and concerns seriously. Excellent service and friendly, caring people. I highly recommend them.
Very enjoyable experience. We thought we would freeze that first night but when Mason showed up he left 2 space heaters to use until the furnace could be replaced. Jennifer was also a knowlegible component of the family team, she gave me what I needed to know while we waited. When Kevin and Mason delivered the new furnace it was so smooth we couldnt believe our good fortune. I hope others use this family owned business that know their business!! Joe & Donna

I know nothing about the maintenance or care of the thermostat of my house and really depend on local businesses for my needs (they are often more helpful and personal) so when I found this company, I gave them a call and spoke with the most kind woman named Jennifer. She did NOT make me feel silly nor ashamed for not knowing things homeowners should know about their heating/cooling systems but instead answered all my questions and concerns with respect and care. I will definitely be recommending this company to all the homeowners I know! Thank you Summit Heading and Cooling!!
My furnace kept turning off before it would reach the set temperature. The technician came out and stated that my thermostat needed to be replaced and charged me a trip charge. I replaced my thermostat and that did not fix the issue. I followed up with Summit and they told me that I refused to have Summit replace the thermostat which is a complete lie. They told me they would charge me again to come out. Do not use this company.
I really enjoyed working with Kevin and Jennifer. They were so easy to work with. Kevin was prompt and got me on the schedule right away. They clearly communicated when they were arriving which was awesome! Jennifer explained every bit of the AC installation process and was so friendly and personable. Highly recommend!

Good, friendly, quick service once here, although when i called to book my appt i was told 11am, not that they do windows of time... so when i called at 11:45 to figure out where they were, i was informed my "window" was from 12-2. (So not only was the time wrong but now being told there is a window of time), ok, fine... they then stated "we were next after the call they were on." Sadly that wasnt true and they didn't show up until 2:20pm. Im mostly frustrated because my dogs were out for several hours... unnecessarily, due to miscommunication.
They were great. Explained everything about what needs to be fixed.
Scheduled an AC diagnostic appointment in the morning and was able to have a technician out to our place within 3 hours. Kevin was friendly and professional. He did a great job in diagnosing the problem quickly and swapped out a bad capacitor with a new one, then added some refrigerant. System is running great. Thank you Summit. AT
Great group of guys. All former military and very honest. I went thru 3 other places for a replacement furnace and all failed to answer my questions honestly. I really like the way Summit approached the situation of my furnace and I believed them right from the start. The price for the same furnace from all the rest was under cut by a few thousand by Summit and they were nice, no pressure, guys. They came out last week and fixed my AC too. Everyone else tried to sell me a new one. But they inspected it replaced a few parts and now it runs like a top!! If you are having trouble with your heating and cooling system you would be foolish not to give them a call. Thanks Summit I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have found an honest group of people to work with.!! Sharon

Oh my gosh where do I begin? Kevin and Jennifer personally came out to my house and helped me out with our A/C that started acting up on us. They were so professional and extremely nice to be around, I’ll definitely be calling them again. Thank you so much Summit!

When we decided to add A/C to our older home and replace the furnace, we wanted a local company who would listen to our needs and provide a system that would be best for us. Co- owners Jennifer & Kevin did that and more, setting us up with quality A/C & furnace that didn't break the bank. They arrived on time, were clean and professional and worked quickly to get the furnace changed out in a day and the inside a/c unit installed. The owners were there doing the install with their tech Mason. I admit we were a little surprised to see Jennifer carrying equipment and working the installation. One of the few female certified HVAC techs in the region I understand. They needed a warm day to get the refrigerant level correct, so the outside unit was installed on a subsequent visit. We are very pleased with our new furnace and if , heaven forbid we get wildfire smoke again this summer, we can keep the windows closed and enjoy our A/C.
They were very professional and efficient on installing my new furnace and air conditioner. I didn't realize how great a new furnace would work. My house is always an even temperature. I haven't gotten to use my air conditioning yet but am looking forward to it this summer. I have never had one before. Jennifer always kept me updated on everything that was going to be going on, and taught me how to work the new thermostat. Also I got a humidifier. Which is a game changer. Everyone should have a humidifier here in Colorado. I highly recommend Summit Heating and Cooling.
