We had Josh out to do system HVAC maintenance on a home that we were renting. The tenants moved in and had an issue with one of the thermostats. Josh was back at our property within a couple hours and successfully fixed the issue. Because of this excellent customer service we hired Josh and his company to replace both our 20 year old a/c units in this home. Scheduling was seamless, very respectful of the property by laying down drop cloths to protect our floors, communicating his time-line during the project, scheduling inspections. Very professional and I would highly recommend Solid Rock for any of your HVAC needs.
Every time a soldier leaves his home, he knows something is going to break! Our heating element just went out last night. Josh came as soon as we called him and the job was completed before 9am! As usual, professional and timely! Will always have our business! Thank you Solid Rock!
After having another company screw up on preventative maintenance I called Josh at Solid Rock to fix the other guys mess up. He got out pretty quickly for being short notice and easily diagnosed and explained everything he was doing and why. I'll be giving all my further HVAC service requests to Solid Rock.

We have been having problems with the heat not working all winter. After having multiple visits from a different HVAC company our property management group hired these guys to come take a look. They identified several problems that were overlooked by the other company and got the heat working within an hour.

Tammy and Josh are an outstanding duo. They were able to fit me in for a last minute HVAC service. Josh was able to fix the gas leak from the furnace and also did an amazing job at cleaning and servicing the furnace. I would definitely recommend them.
Your tech who came to do a furnace checkup and cleaning in my mobile home -Brandon— was AMAZING!! He showed and explained to me all he looked at and checked and cleaned and after completed went through all he did and showed me where things were in furnace!! Brandon gave me a 30 minute notice that he was on his way & showed up in the time frame that was scheduled. He was extremely professional, courteous & polite. He went right to work & did everything that was expected.

Josh tested and tracked down the problem to wires getting worn down by vibration against a metal edge. That burned out the thermostat control mechanism when the exposed wire touched another component. A new thermostat was installed and programming offered. The repair included fastening the other wires to make sure the problem does not happen again. Based on my first experience I'll be using their services any time my HVAC breaks.

Josh is always incredible! We have now used him at 3 different homes and he consistently exceeds our expectations. We called Monday to get him to check it out and he had next day availability and was flexible to work with our schedule! For this service, he identified an issue that a previous HVAC company missed and even had a fast solution to get us back to heating our home! Josh always goes above and beyond and we will never use another company for any of our HVAC needs. Thank you Josh for being so professional and always working hard to ensure our furnace is functioning properly! We highly recommend Josh and his team!
