I made an appointment online for a consultation to replace my hot water heater. No one ever showed up within the two hour arrival window. No one called to say they weren’t going to make it or to reschedule. I called several times to figure out what the deal was, and no one answered. I left a voicemail as well and never received a call back. I sent them a message on their website and never heard back. I will never waste my time with this company again. I suggest you don’t either.
Trevor was so quick and helpful when I couldn't diagnose my HVAC issue on my own! He worked very quickly, was very informative, and he's also very friendly so we had a great time talking with him as well!
Amazing experience as always with SOCO. New AC install with Alejandro and Erik yesterday went extremely well. These guys worked extremely hard non stop all day, we’re very respectful of the home, and informed us every step of the way. Sales follow ups were perfectly timed and the team at SOCO walked through any issues that arised with grace.
These people are the best, especially Alejandro, Erik, and Malic! The three of them recently came to my place and installed an AC unit. Not only were they punctual, but they were incredibly efficient. They were in and out in, oh, three hours? Despite this, they did not once shirk their duties; they all performed great work. They were all very friendly, professional, and patient, even when my pet cat got a little too curious and in their business. Marco continues to send his fluffy feline regards. If you want a job well done, go with SoCo!
Someone recommended SoCo Heating and Cooling for a furnace issue we were having and I am very happy that I contacted them. I called when our heat went out and they were able to come out same day to do a diagnostic. Jacob came by and was very friendly and professional and explained exactly what he was needing to do and took the time to answer my questions about what repairs were needing to be done. 2 repairs were needed and he only had the parts to replace 1 of the issues. Before he left he was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Trevor was the technician that we had the pleasure of meeting for the second repair and he was very friendly and professional. SoCo Heating staff (including the lovely lady that took my call to begin with) have been so friendly and amazing. I will recommend anyone that needs A/C, heating or electrical work to contact them. Thank you guys for what you do!
Electrical too, not just heating/cooling! Time and again SOCO proves to be the best. I started a bougie club membership with them last fall but now needed to use their electrical service for an RV install at my home. Bryce and Todd were extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the process. Bryce especially was outstanding on install day. I won’t hire anyone else!
Trevor and James did a great job with inspecting my HVAC system and talking me through what they saw the entire time. They also happened to have the humidifier canister with them that i needed to swap as well. So that saved me another service call which was great. Both Trevor and James were very professional and thorough. I'd recommend them for your HVAC service.
Andrew, James and Brian came out and were very informative, quick with their work and helpful with informing us on what it would take to get our AC working properly, while also offering detailed options for financing, replacement and more. The team is always on time and very responsive when it comes to the appointments as well! Really appreciate their help!
SoCo was quick to respond to my request and scheduled a time that worked for me. Trevor and James did a great job being thorough with the maintenance of my AC. Clearly explained everything - appreciate them for their help!
The technician assigned was named Trevor. He was professional. He notified when he was arriving. He explained what he needed to do before he did it. After he finished he asked if I had any questions. I have always had a good experience with SoCo.
I had a really good experience with SoCo heating and cooling. They were great about keeping me informed on arrival times. Trevor is a very personable and knowledgeable technician and got my furnace repaired in a timely manner.
Had SoCo heating and air come out for an estimate on installation of a whole house humidifier. Trevor Lento was highly knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Fantastic service and great representative of the company.
Had a problem with our furnace.called around different heating companies got recommended SoCo on Reddit gave them a call they sent out Andrew who was really awesome, helpful and professional from the start along with Josh. Shout out to the technicians who installed the furnace Josh and orlean, josh answered questions and was super helpful.SoCo definitely a good company I would reach out again if I ever needed help with any heating problems
Trevor and Brian came to assess a problem with our boiler. They took the time to explain the issue and what the solutions were. The follow-up was quick and am looking forward to having hot water!
Just finished at gym and got home to no hot water. Could not get pilot lit. Called and they had Andrew and his assoc. come out PRIOR to the appt and they were able to diagnose and because of our Cozy Club membership?...no charge. Brian was on time, helpful, informative and courteous. In and out with no mess or fuss.
Soco heating and cooling had come out to do a simple A/C tune up for the season coming around. Brian and Trevor were absolutely amazing! They were so easy to talk to, great personalities and any question I had they made me feel comfortable asking that question by the way they would answer. They make a point to make sure you don't feel dumb for asking even the simplest of questions. Not only were they prompt, and professional but they were super friendly as well. 5/5 recommended!
Trevor and Brian conducted routine service and did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough and discovered an issue that is luckily still under warranty. The technicians are phenomenal.
Highest turn over rate of employees than anywhere I ever been in 40 years in the HVAC trade. The owner is a somewhat of tyrant! If you are looking for long term employment. I would keep looking!
John at SOCO came out to do a second opinion on the need for a furnace replacement and gave me an honest analysis. He was friendly and thorough.
My wife scheduled a service while I was away for work. The technician went over our system and it was pretty dirty. However, that was the only problem. The technician pulled the bs of telling my wife our igniter wasn't getting enough power. Our igniter was replaced in September before I left for work. He replaced ours with a generic, fine if ours was truly not functioning. He cut the wires to the igniter that was just replaced to wire in his post. Today I wired mine back in. And wouldn't you know. I was charged $350 to replace something that was 100% fine and had just been replaced . Not cool Soco. Not cool
