Gilbert did a great job on our plumbing/water pressure projects. I highly recommend SMITH. Also appreciate that SMITH always leaves the project cleaned up.
Ryan and Nic K. just installed a cieling fan, some lights and some outlets at my house. They were on-time, professional and polite. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves well. Despite there being some clutter in some of the working areas and my attic being a real pain to work in, they performed quickly. I also noticed that they did things in a safe way that was respectful to my home and to my kids and dog who were running around. They took the time to explain the work to me and answer questions, even being sure to give me updates on how things were going, without being asked to. This is the second time i have had this company come to my home, and both times they have done a great job, with none of the annoying scheduling problems or work issues that I have had with other companies.10/10 i will definitely hire them again in the future. Great job, guys!
IAQ Lead Joseph Thomas was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Actually helped us understand our system better now that we know more about it. Kind in answering all of our questions as well. Hopefully we will have him again for our next maintenance appointment! True asset to the company.
Rescheduled on me twice, the first time at the very last minute and the second time they said they left a voicemail, which I never got, saying they needed to reschedule again. I called the day of my appointment after they didn’t show up between the 10-12 time slot I had scheduled and was told I would have to schedule another appointment. Third time is the charm, I guess, but I won’t know because I will never call them again.

Smith plumbing and Heating has the best service representatives that I have ever used. I can always trust that there work on anything that I need is done to a professional level, and is always done with the highest level of manners, information given, and timeliness. Bismar what a wonderful addition to the Plumbing team. Very excellent worker fast and efficient and wanting to get it done exactly right. I appreciate it Joshua’s expertise and very thorough explanation of everything that needed to be done. I appreciated the fact that Brad was the one who first saw the damage that was done and got everything moving to provide the services that I needed. Also, Joseph who did the HVAC maintenance was a wonderful addition to the Smith team and that he is very informative as to what he is doing and thorough. All of the gentleman so far I have been extremely polite and have good communication skills.
Greg was very respectful of my home and very honest with me about the issues. He couldn't get much done till cleaning had to be done he was still helpful on the opinions about the situation.
James quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC, showed me what caused it, fixed it and made sure everything was running correctly before he left. He was on time, called me before he arrived and was super polite, efficient and professional. I will always call Smith for my plumbing, electrical, heating and AC.
I have used Smith for all of my HVAC needs and called to request about multiple projects I need done before I move out of my house. Smith refused me service, stating that they don't work with rentals. I tried to explain to them that the house isn't being rented out and would be owner occupied when the work was completed, but they still refused service and didn't give me an explanation for why.
Their customer service is excellent and Greg did an outstanding job. This was probably the worst clogged up toilet job he ever had to do. He never gave up and never got frustrated. He did his job extremely well and with a great sense of humor. Smith Plumbing will be my go-to company from now on. Thank you, Greg! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Davis with Smith Plumbing was excellent at replacing our water heater. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was able to do a thorough job! Highly recommend Smith Plumbing.
Chris was courteous. He wasn't able to finish job because he didn't have the required filter on hand. Waiting on Smith's to call back to schedule a time for the filter install. Smith's didn't call back to reschedule the filter replacement. This was an error on the scheduler and not Chris. One month later, I had to call and Smith acknowledged their error. The filter was replaced today. Chris was very helpful and helped me learn how to check and replace the filter myself.
Gram was very knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job installing a new water heater. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
I’ve used Smith’s for all my AC, Heating and Plumbing needs for the past 4 years. They have always been prompt, professional, at all times. Their prices are very reasonable, comparable if not less than their competitors. I’ve recommended them to others and ones that have used Smith’s have also had the same positive experience.
Ridge is a solid professional. Documenting the work and providing clear financial estimates for either keeping a poor system or getting a new one entirely was extremely helpful in the decision making process. Highly recommend.
Carmine Tagliere from Smith Plumbing and Heating came over and troubleshot why my outside valve was not working. Within ten minutes, he found the problem. Carmine also pointed out some leaks that needed to be addressed which I will have them fix in the future at a more convenient time. I found Carmine to be a professional and pleasant person to deal with. I highly recommend Carmine and the company he represents.
Justin was great for my homes first AC tune-up/inspection, and cleaning. Very easy going and easy to talk to. Respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers when moving in and out of the home. Super transparent, and efficient services. Thank you very much!
