Always loved Rogers, owner an amazing family man. Guess when things grow all one gets its hired help. Asked for Les or DeAnn to return my call but all I get is Peggy or Patrick. Sad to see good mom and pops loose customer service to volume. They responded in a desperate time of need, so I have to be grateful for that.
Awesom service. Always a quick response to any of my need. We love doing business with them. Highly recommend if you need any HVAC service.

Absolutely rude. I was renting a town home when rogers heating and cooling had to come fix something. After moving out of the townhome, they called me 1 time to schedule a follow up thing and left a message, (that I never saw because I was in the process of moving and had a million things going on. Peggy then called me again a few days later and was absolutely rude and unprofessional. When I told her I had moved out she said in a snarky voice “and you don’t think you should have told us that” and then proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back and offered to give the property management number but she said she already had it and hung up again. The lack of professionalism and respect has really bothered me.
Les had his guy come to the house to just diagnosis and consult with me how to improve my A/C unit. The guy tried to sell me a whole new A/C unit and replaced a part of my A/C without getting my approval. Terrible service and communication. Don’t recommend them

We used Rogers several times and we’re previously satisfied however last week they sent Sam out to our home to fix an exhaust fan in our bathroom, he asked me to google how to fix this, I called Rogers asked to speak with a manager or owner Peggy said she was the manager, I explained everything that happened she asked me to email her the exhaust fan that I have, I did she responded that she received it, it has now been 9 days and she never bothered to call me back or email me. I do not recommend you use this company. I waited 9 days before writing this to see if she called but so far nothing. Moving on to a different company and will never recommend Rogers again.
After being unimpressed with other HVAC companies in town, I decided to try out Rogers. Since then, I have used Rogers multiple times and have always been happy with their service. They have the best prices in town!
I wouldn't even give it a one star. It has been over 3 weeks with three different appointments where they still haven't fixed my AC. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible, just horrible. They already charged my landlord after the second visit and it still isn't even working.
Johnny Eaton was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain and had had us up and running in no time at all! They were able to get to us in quickly and our heater is completely fixed! I definitely recommend them!!!

We expected them to come today and they didn’t bother to call to cancel after their technician broke his toe. We had to call 3x to get a response. Not how I’d expect a professional business to treat their customers. Needless to say we had to call other companies and wait another day.
They go the extra mile and are friendly as well as trustworthy.
The service was great, timely and sincere- so ignore what the whiners here think. The tech worked quickly, took the time to answer all my questions, gave me valuable tips on how to save money and do my own easy upkeep- not in keeping with the too common bad practice of feigning good service in order to frequently visit my wallet. They are family owned and run and have a long track record of good business because they value fair business practice. Kudos to the Rogers!😄
I do not recommend this company to anyone and highly advise that a prospective customer to look elsewhere for fair service. The fan in my furnace stopped working and a technician came out, quoted me a much lower price for the replacement part than what I was finally billed for and wired it so it was continuously running. A month later, I never heard back and was faced with the highest energy bill that I have incurred while living in my home. I discovered that the tech never put in the order and, I assume, my issue was forgotten. I eventually had to flip off the breaker to turn off the fan and stop the energy usage. 4 phone calls, a month half and a missed appointment later, the technician returns and fixes the issue. My biggest buyer beware for anyone else is that no one was able to give me a price for the replacement part even though I had called twice asking for it prior to the tech returning. The office manager insisted that the tech come out and install the part and talk about billing afterwards. The final bill was about 3.5x times higher that what I was expecting based on the quote the tech initially gave me – thus putting me in the position where I have to pay instead of shopping around for other options. This is not how you do business and I was foolish to continue working with them.
I have been using Roger's Heating and Cooling since I bought my house 8 years ago and I will NEVER use anyone else! They are incredibly reliable, do high quality work for a very fair price, and every person I've met from the company is profession and friendly.
We purchased a hot water heater from this company a little over two years ago and, not only was the price the most economical, the service was exceptional. They were very responsive and informative all the way through the purchase, installation and inspection. The other night, the pilot light went out on the heater and my husband was having a difficult time lighting it and called after hours for a possible service call to be set up the next day. We promptly received a return phone call from AJ who quickly walked my husband through what to do. He was able to get it lit which alleviated the service call. How many company would do that for you?? I highly recommend this company.
I have had the pleasure of these gentlemen performing maintenance and repairs on my furnace and installing a water heater at my house. They are ALWAYS incredibly professional, polite, respectful. They know their business and have no problem answering questions. My furnace went out yesterday and we had to wait a day for a part to come in. Late yesterday, the young man (sadly I didn't get his name) stopped back by my house and brought space heaters to us to get through the night!! I HIGHLY recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
