Dallas was fantastic. Personable and professional - he talked me through everything he was doing. Couldn’t be happier with Dallas, the service call and Robbins.
Dan cleaned and repaired the A/C system getting us ready to go for the summer season. He also spent time walking us through the operation of the fan circulation feature to better balance the upstairs and downstairs temperatures. Robbins installed the new furnace and air conditioning system in 2012 and has kept it running well every year since.
I have been using Robbins for many years. I am a loyal customer because they always give good service and good advice. I highly recommend Robbins. My favorite tech is Dan.

Robbins gave us an excellent quote for replacing our furnace. They are some of the cheapest in town without sacrificing quality. Everything was explained to us and the quote was quick and easy. Everyone we spoke to was very nice, including the salesperson and the techs that came out to install for us. Would highly recommend them for all your heating needs!
Landlord contacted them to service heater since was cutting off. Came quick and took care while I worked in my home office! Outstanding service!

All the tech could do was turn on the garage heater to make sure it was running OK and he set the thermostat, to hold at 45 degrees per my request. It was my fault that he couldn't access the heater to clean it because I forgot to make sure my son moved his vehicle out of the way. The tech helped me out and I am happy with his service.
Company did an maintenance of my Trane heating system which they originally installed , time unknown. They had to replace a capacitor for the fan, cost $168. Cost at Lowes approximately $10. This mark up is ridiculous, and because of this I would not recommend this company.
