I want to thank Polar Bear mechanical for the great job they did installing my new furnace! The commuincation ahead of time, the day of the installation and the follow up afterwards were top notch! The installation time was even less that they predicted. Thanks.
Very professional crew. They took the time to explain what was found and different options to fix the issues with our AC had and the pricing to fix each one. They recommended which ones to fix first to get the most bang for our buck. They stayed until it was operational and were very polite. Would recommend to friends and family.
I had a new roof top swamp cooler installed that wasn’t getting water. The techs came out twice in one afternoon to adjust the float valve. I am very happy with their customer service. They responded quickly on the first really hot day of the season.

What a fantastic company! From the receptionist on the phone to the inspection tech, to the installation tech, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. They had fast response times and I was able to go from quote to install in less than a week! Outstanding!
Noah, Mike and Rj did a fantastic job cleaning my ducts. I feel like I can breath better in my home after seeing the unbelievable stuff that they were able to clean out.
This is my 2nd review of Polar Bear and I am just as impressed with their customer service and the manner in which they stand behind their work as my first experience. This time it was necessary to replace an AC. Shawn, Noah and Mike beginning with the initial estimate to job completion answered all questions thoroughly, they saved me money without skimping quality and I was left with no worries. It's hard to find quality HVAC, but I claim Polar Bear and with them I will stay. Thank you everyone at Polar Bear!

It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment. The tech was very professional, took time to explain everything, and came up with a proposal that went from most conservative to most invasive which was helpful in deciding course of action without being sold the farm unnecessarily.
