I've used Pikes Peak Mechanical for years now. They've always done a great job with my plumbing needs, but also sprinkler blowouts (not commonly known, but they blow out sprinkler heads too!). In fact, they were the only company that was able to handle my irrigation system, as I don't have a backflow device, which makes connecting an air compressor tricky. Their rates have always been fair, and their service has always been quick and easy. Thanks, guys!

We had Jason out to replace a couple exterior valves, along with replacing the pressure gauges on our 1in pipe inside our house. Having made the poor decision to scroll the reviews prior to leaving this one, a few of the negative reviews are quite comical. Our experience with Jason couldn't be further from what some others have stated. Jason was punctual, communicated the timing and cost of all repairs well beforehand, asked for authorization to complete the repairs, and was extremely friendly the entire time. We didn't get multiple quotes, so I'm not sure how his pricing compares to others, but from an integrity / timeliness / craftmanship point of view, I'd have no issues recommending him 10/10 times.

One of the toilet in the needed to be fix.Technician show up, pick up the deductible, when to his van and left without fixing the problem. Call the business and only got voice mail. Never rcv a call back. Notify CHW on this matter

Do NOT use these contractors . they're soil as plumbers may be adequate to competant but business practices are below par at best ! I called to repair leaking outdoor hose spigot . Jason showed up to inspect job and NEVER gave an estimate or gave approximate cost of repair BEFORE starting repair. .. Just continued to repair the spigot and later called me with a service bill if $435 . !! I paid sight unseen Trusting the job was done . I would NEVER have approved that repair at such a inflated cost. Follow up phone call to the contractor with visual evidence of a leak after attaching my hose to same outdoor spigot . Asked contractor to come out inspect his work . He actually charged me $85 for the inspection , Really? He claims there was no leak except from my hose which was in tact BEFORE he arrived and disconnected . These are NOT trustworthy contractors .. it's not the long term customer satisfaction they long for but the short term sale service visit.. SAD!

I usually don't write reviews. However I just wanted to speak on the honesty and professionalism of Pikes Peak Mechanical. Jason came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater that we thought needed to be replaced due to leaking. However, when he arrived the floor around the hot water heater was dry. After one test, he realized that our hot water heater was in good working condition and did not see the need for a replacement. Instead he educated me on reasons why we maybe experiencing leakage. I was truly amazed by his integrity because I knew for certain that we were going to have to replace the hot water heater since that was the report we received from another company. Thank you Pikes Peak Mechanical for your trustworthiness. We will definitely call you for all of our plumbing needs.

Unfortunately, I reached out to this company twice via phone and even sent an email with no response in the course of 72 hours. It wasn't an emergency, but for a company that advertises 24/7 coverage I would have expected a callback at least.

They did not have good business with me. An employee came and did something without asking my permission, then came up a huge bill. He also tried to attack me. He was that much angry at me. It was my property but he did not ask my permission to replace some parts. Then he did himself and charged a lot money. He was supposed to ask before doing anything else. But he did something himself. I asked redo the work. But still charged money! I just seen your reply to my comment, and your is not true. I called you to spring startup. Even though I am a tenant, you are still supposed to ask my permission to do anything else. I have talked with the management company, they said that "we cannot do anything else, we can only recommend places so tenants would go their own," So, the management company did not take any responsibility. You cannot touch my property without my permission even though I am a tenant. You must ask my permission like this "we need to fix these issues, and the costs are ...." then I will say yes or no. This is the right way. If you could have asked me before you fix any issue, I would say yes, you can do that or no, I will take care of myself. You are not telling the truth about the same cost or free point above. I asked you multiple times that I called you for spring startup. I did not ask you to “fix issues if there are”. I never asked. You or your employee did try to fix issues without notifying me. You as a business first need to ask , the. You can do or not. I called the management company on that day, but they said we cannot do anything else . It is between you and the company. So I do not understand why you are not telling the truth. This is the business rule. If any customer says fix issues, you can do that. If customers do not say anything, then you are supposed to ask first without fixing anything. When I take my vehicle to the service for oil change, they first change the oil and ask me to fix issues if there are. Then I say yes or no. So they do

Very happy customers! Jason replaced a sensor on our water heater instead of us having to replace the whole system right now.
