Good troubleshooting but the repairs estimate was nearly 4 times higher than the competition. Highly recommend never using for repairs and find a better company that won’t gouge you !
James did a fantastic job inspecting our HVAC and diagnosing everything. He recommended Jacob come out for a second opinion. Jacob was super friendly and very professional walking us through everything wrong with our HVAC. By far the best in the business 10/10 would recommend
Kody was extremely professional and personable. He was very transparent in terms of the process, timelines, cost, and expectations. He offered a more expensive option for my house, but didn't push it, and respected my decision for the lower cost one. 5/5 stars Anthony definitely is a professional, and very respectful. He installed the unit in a timely manner, and went over everything once completed. I have full confidence in my system, and know how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, thanks to his expertise. 5/5 stars
Absolutely the ONLY problem I had....house got really HOT after the associate left ...thermostat was at 79 degrees...major bummer took the central AC rest of day to catch up and cool down, besides that associate was awesome!!!

Kelly scheduled my appointment within a 2 hour window and Jacob arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window. Jacob did an incredible job of quickly isolating my AC problem and analyzing the repair. He offered several repair options from the most comprehensive to the most simple. I fealt that Jacob was knowledgeable as we discussed my AC, but he was not at all condescending. I will request Jacob by name for future HVAC requirements.

John was early he was very knowledgeable and knew his business. Was fun and outgoing joking and overall was a person and listen to our needs as a person. I enjoyed his time and service.
Recently had a new furnace and new cooling system installed in our home as our system was old and the A/C quit working properly. Kody T., the installation estimator, was very professional and he really seemed to enjoy working for the company. While this wasn’t our cheapest estimate, because of his professionalism we decided to choose them as it was only a slight difference in price. Joshua K. came out for the installation and while it wasn’t bad, I was not super impressed. “Jonky” and “I just realized I forgot to put 3 screws there” (which never got installed) aren’t words I was expecting to hear after Kody told me how professional of a company he worked for. Joshua was not professional in my opinion and just seemed disorganized and all over the place. Trash was left behind next to the outdoor unit, which surprised me because his helper said he did four passes. The A/C worked for about 15hrs and then the outdoor unit quit working. I called the office and explained what happened only to be told that I would need to wait ~27-29 hours for someone to come look at the unit I had just payed $14,000 to be installed CORRECTLY. A little upset I said fine and scheduled the appointment. After waiting 28 hours, I got a call from Jacob S. saying he was on his way and apologizing for the wait. When Jacob arrived he was very professional and very friendly. More of what I had expected after speaking with Kody about the company he worked for and how professional they were. Joshua came in and started trouble shooting and immediately noticed that the condensate pump wasn’t working. He checked to make sure it had power, it did, so assumed that we had received a faulty pump. He didn’t have a spare and was trying to reach out to someone in the area to get a new but had no luck. The entire time he was genuinely apologetic and concerned with making sure our unit worked properly. Right before he was going to run to Home Depot he realized there was a small piece of cardboard that needs
Main aim is to have you install a brand new system. Even if a simple fix could solve the problem. Very nice and professional.

So glad I chose Peak Home Performance over the first company I got a quote from 😁 The price was far better than the competition and the service was 5 star too they replaced my whole system in one day! Every one did good just had problem evaluating what was needed. So had to get a new heat pump due to lack of connector from a 24. Year old one to a new air furnace. Plus lack of wiring from new thermostat to new air furnace delayed our install. So an install that was to be a 6 hour job turned into a 6 DAY job. Everyone was very professional still waiting for a call from owner and sales person.
