They scheduled my furnace replacement the next day and installed it in three hours. I was very satisfied because they did the work so quickly.
Easy to schedule with, and the service was good, but the value seemed low. Spent a lot of money for what ended up being a pretty minor repair on an outdoor faucet. Might shop around next time to find a better price.
Monica was wonderful from my first call at 8:01am she was friendly, professional. Monica got me into the daily schedule when a cancellation occured.Kade our technician came on time, he explained thoroughly everything he was doing and why. He worked tirelessly to be sure everything was done correctly and perfect working order before he finished.. I will continue to use Parkeys and recommend them to others.
Dylan came to repair a faulty sump pump pipe with water gushing out in my crawl space and repaired it promptly and in short order. He was very polite and curtious and did a great job. I called several other plumbing companys and Parkeys was the only one that could come out in short notice. They came out with-in an hour to fix my emergency plumbing problem.
Not sure why I didn't call Parkey's when I had my water heater installed, The other licensed company installed it but failed to pull a permit and installed the exhaust piping wrong. Eric was able to quickly diagnose the problem and spent the time to fix it correctly. I'm ever so grateful for Parkeys, they have earned a customer for life.
We cannot be more pleased with the wonderful work done by both Dylan and Keith! Dylan came out to fix a pipe-break that had led to basement flooding. While there, he spotted an growing-issue with our old water-main valves (I'd noticed, but had forgotten). We decided to replace those valves and, during that, relief-valves were found to be working incorrectly (not properly lowering the incoming 160psi pressure!). Dylan and Keith both worked on this and the result is awesome! The plumbing is modern, superbly functioning, and looks like an art-piece. We are THRILLED with our new, favorite plumbing company! :D
We had them come out to service our fireplace they came out spent entire 10 minutes, charge us almost $100 and that was only for the estimate. They said they would email it to us within 3 to 5 days it's now been 3 months. We have never received the estimate. I have called the company 4 different times to get the estimate. Every time I called they tell me they will look into it and they would get back to me and they never do. I'm going to cancel my credit card since I have never received the estimate. And I would never recommend them to anybody!!!
20 year old heater went out the day before a trip to see grandchildren. Parkeys came out that very day and installed a new system the next day while I boarded the plane for Florida. I'm so very thankful for their attention to my situation and to their great service....
Juan is an excellent technician. He was extremely thorough and explained exactly what was causing our furnace issues. Would highly recommend him for repairs. 10/10 experience
I just used Tate the technician at Parkeys for a rental hone. Not only was he super friendly and professional he was there within 30 minutes, took care of the problem. Tge bill was extremely fair and reasonable. It's nice to know there are still people and businesses out there that treat you fair and kind and I will always use them from here on out. Thank you!
This is the finished product. I asked Tim to have the guys come back and correct this several times with no response. This is a new construction home I had them do all the plumbing heating we needed to correct ventilation for the cooktop because we had moisture coming in the house I offered to pay for this service even if it was something that should have probably been included in install .I did not expect this ugly mess to be left as a finish product. It is horribly embarrassing when my friends and family see this and ask me what is that!

My furnace stopped working Wednesday morning, called Parkeys and had the problem identified. Thursday morning got the call the part was available locally, Thursday afternoon the part was installed and I had heat again! Great company, very responsive and Juan is the best! Thanks for the warmth!
I've been a customer of Parkey's for the last several years and have always had positive interactions and service from the technicians, however the service and interactions from the office staff the last two years has been quite disappointing. I have a tankless hot water heater that takes a little bit extra TLC to service and flush. Last year when I called Parkey's to set up my annual service they gave me a quote of $89 and booked an appointment. When the technician came out he did not have the proper equipment as he was told it was a regular hot water heater, so I had to send him away and reschedule. On the second appointment the tech did the job, all went well until he pulled up the bill and had a charge of close to $450! I was shocked and let him know that the office told me it would be only $89. After speaking with the office they did confirm it they misquoted me but would honor the $89 charge. I was very appreciative of that which is why I called them again this year for my annual service/flush of the hot water heater. Not wanting to have the same issues as last year I called the office to set up the appointment and asked again to confirm the price. I was told $89. I explained to them what happened last year and asked again for them to double check and confirm the price and they again confirmed it would only be $89... Well, today, after waiting for the tech to arrive I received a phone call from the office asking to double check the service I needed. When I confirmed a plus they said that oh the price isn't just $89 it is $89 + $350 for the service. I was a bit disappointed as I was running into the same issues as last year and asked the woman on the phone if she could briefly explain the breakdown of cost for me. She was rather rude, and pushy to get me off the line. I wasn't trying to add time to her day but just wanted to understand what the cost was (as other places in town charge quite less) and explain that this is now twice i've been misqu
Keith D. was the most professional person I have dealt with in a long time. From start to finish he was communicative, friendly, professional, prompt and overall top notch. We were very lucky to have him as our installer. If all of Parkey's employees are like Keith then they have a great business going!

The technician called first to confirm that I was home. He worked quickly. He stayed to ensure that the thermostat was working properly. He was friendly and obviously very knowledgable.
I have an old a/c unit and Keith was amazing. He replaced a component during the service call and he educated me on what may be needed in the future based on the model I have. He also showed me the amperage draw on my current A/C and honestly answered my questions about the potential energy saving of a new system. No trying to sell me anything I don’t need, just education for when I do need a replacement.
