They put in a new furnace and air conditioner in my home as well as new electrical. The workers, especially the electrical installer, were great. Their managers and supervisors leave a lot to be desired.
One Source Home service is not a good company and not worth the time and money. We payed extra for the membership for free maintenance services and they always have an excuse to reschedule at the last minute and book your for 2-3 weeks later. I do not recommend this company to anyone!
Impressed with technicians and their attention to my A/C issues, they were very prompt and knowledgeable.
In my short time with One Source, I have had pretty good experiences with this company overall. There was only one time recently I had an issue that was a bit frustrating. I had to reschedule several times due to no shows or no appt recorded but was eventually contacted by a manager who kept me updated and made sure the appointment was made and kept. As well as the following appointment to do some work needed. I have an inspector coming in to check the compresser installation in a couple of weeks, and then everything should be resolved. The operators are all very nice and pleasant to speak with. The technicians previously installed my water heater and were highly professional, kind, and quick on those appointments. My issue was resolved pretty quickly, and everything needed to be done has been done. Thank you, One Source.
Nathan was amazing. Very respectful, honest and polite. What I thought was a coolant issue turned out to be a complete system replacement. One Source worked with us and gave options for repair vs replacement.
No point in scheduling an appointment with this company. They do not honor their commitment. Our family had an appointment today we had scheduled a few weeks ago for our ac unit. Got a call just before our scheduled appointment time that they wouldn't be able to make it today and they could be out at the end of next month. What is the point of actually making an appointment in the first place? Horrible service.
It was unfortunate that I had to get a new furnace, and AC, but also had to get my house repiped. One of the only main reasons, I went with this company is because of a technician named Andres. He was empathetic and understanding, so it made my decision easier. I would definitely recommend this company! Thanks Andres.
They made up problems when the only issue was a slow leak. They tried to get me to pay 13k to replace my whole system when a can of sealant fixed the issue. Always get a second or third opinion. I lost 125 dollars by letting them visit my home, but at least I avoided an unnecessary replacement.
Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers seemed to be very busy and not nearly as helpful though they seemed to know their job but were not ad open to questions, etc.
Andres and Josh came out today for an AC and lied told me it was the contactor for the ac. I bought the part replaced it and still not working. Purchased an compactor for the ac and guess what it $&@?:!? Works. We did not have the money at the time they were asking, so that gave us useless information in trade for a 5 star review. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Andres came to give us a tune up today and was very helpful,courteous and willing to take the time to explain things very well. Would recommend him again!
My AC unit was checked and cleaned. It looked brand new when the technician finished. I needed new filters and he had them on his truck. I am pleased with the serivice.
Had an appointment today for a window of 10-12. When 12 pm came and went, I called for the status. The woman who took my call said they came at 9:57, knocked, no one was home, so they left. I was home. I work from home, and I have a schedule too. I had my schedule blocked from 10-12 and waited diligently during that time, having no idea that they came 3 minutes early and left. No call, no text, no message even telling me I missed them. They couldn't even wait 3 more minutes to try knock again within the scheduled appointment time. She offered to have them come back out. I asked if they could at least call or text ahead, and she said no. She was very disinterested and uncaring; she simply wanted to know my answer, which was also no. I took my business elsewhere: Priority Plumbing and Heating has already come, solved my problem, and left for a nominal fee, and they now have a loyal customer.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Scammy. Doesn't actually do their job or if they do it's wrong and/or poorly done. I would actively recommend against this company, not sure not recommend them. I had to get a lawyer on retainer before I actually got them to fulfill their portion of the contract to begin with, and am currently shopping other companies to take over for my needs. This is the worst company in the Springs.
Stay away from this company at all costs. I use this business for a re-pipe on my entire home, HVAC installation and a 200 amp breaker panel upgrade and have received nothing but unprofessional business and poor workmanship. The plumbers he did a re-pipe on my home lied to me several times about being able to install certain things that I requested them to from the very beginning. The HVAC crew did not hook up the HVAC system correctly because of a miscommunication between their office and they’re dispatch team, leaving me without AC for over a week in the summer. As for their electrical team, they have a single electrician who just talks poorly about every other company and electrician beside himself but he never shows up on time himself, and half the time he is unable to complete the job correctly. This is a joke of a company and whenever you have any of these several problems I’ve listed above they throw you around support and managers and never call you back or reschedule unless you hound him and called him every single day. Don’t forget that if you have any electrical problems from their own electricians work that same guy won’t be able to come out for weeks because he is the only one on the team. Coming from a family of business owners, I wouldn’t touch this business with a 10 foot pole. Please go elsewhere. I am begging you.
I got a new water heater installed and the guys. Marcos and max did a great job. They were courteous and explained every step of the install fully and answered all my questions.
I have removed my original review. Once source made my experience right. Our AC was repaired and the technician that came out was very professional, kind and educated us so we can keep the ac running longer.
Dustin was professional in checking my AC intake hose. He was quick to explain what he was doing and the purpose of the equipment he was checking. Dustin also offered suggestions for other things to be done to improve my AC as well. Overall I'm completely satisfied with his service and the time it took to complete it. I'm happy that One Source was able to schedule me soo quickly as well. Quincy did and AC and furnace check last week, 06/01/23 and was quick and efficient in checking my systems. He explained what he was doing and why. The tips he provided made sense and were provided to help my systems run more efficiently. I hope to have him when I schedule my next appointment.
Emilio and chewy did an excellent job and are very professional. They made me feel at ease about programing the thermostat.
