I'm an Electrical sub contractor for these guys. They do very professional and clean work. So much so that I would highly recommend them to any of my clients.
Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding. Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔
In August we developed problems with our old hot water heater. We called several plumbers in the Colorado Springs area. Some would not schedule an appointment for one to two weeks. Then we called Oak View Mechanical. They put us in touch with their master plumber, Tim, and he said he could look at our problem the same day. Since we have an older house, the replacement evolved into a major project. County codes had changed and our venting no longer met code. We also had to replace our old furnace, as well as the hot water heater. Also, the old electricity was only 110 volts and had to be upgraded to 220. With this change, we decided to also install an air conditioner. Oak View’s owner (Joe), master plumber (Tim), and master mechanic (Dana), and the owner of the electric company they recommended (Mark, Gaddie Electric) came to our house at the same time to look at the project and discuss it with us. At every step of the way, they consulted with us to insure they were doing what we wanted and promptly answered our questions. They staged the job and coordinated with everyone involved to minimize the inconvenience to us. They did the removal, installation, and rewiring in only two days! They set up the appointment with the county inspectors on a day convenient for us. They were very considerate of us and cleaned up all the debris. Our job was unusual because the house, hot water heater, and furnace were so old. Joe, Tim, Dana, and Mark were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Met the owner Joe and service tech Dana who worked diligently to resolve the airflow issue and discovered the wrong zone damper was installed. They are in the process of correcting that issue giving our home proper air flow. Very knowledgeable with resolving the issue. Would highly recommend!

Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Tim provided a fair estimate and also took the lead on getting the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!

Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. It is nice to have a go-to business for our heating and cooling needs. Thank you!
I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service. He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up. We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Joseph and Nathan are the epitome of professionalism. Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. He finished up an my mom now has heat again. I highly recommend Oakview Mechanical for you HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe. Added 12/04/2020 >>> Oak View Mechanical was serving our rental via a manager before we took over the managing part ourselves. That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy. Nathan and Joseph were very professional and knowledgeable in installing our new boiler. The office personal (Tania and Rebecca) were always pleasant on the phone and willing to help. Tania even delivered a late-arriving part to the installers so that the installation could be completed in one day. "Thanks" to everyone at Oak View Mechanical.
I strongly recommend Oak View Mechanical. Their technician, Joseph, was very professional in the way he conducted himself. He was polite, answered any questions I had, and even covered his feet before coming into the house. It's obvious their technicians are well educated and make worthwhile recommendations.
This was a great service call. Joseph called ahead, arrived promptly, and completed the work in a timely manner--we give high marks to Joseph. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and shared a number of great tips to ensure that our hvac system runs efficiently. We will request him in the future.
