If you are looking to have to have your air conditioner up and running at peak performance I highly recommend Moss Creek HVAC . It's hard to find reliable and honest companies , Moss Creek came to my home and quickly fixed my unit in less than 45minutes and it is working great .As stated , honest , dependable , reliable.

We had Dave install our air conditioning this year, and he did a great job explaining what needed to be done, gave us a fair price, and got the job done quick. He finished installing our system in a day and the timing couldn't have been more perfect as he beat the heatwave! My AC system has been running for a month now and we have been thrilled, no issues!
BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I had a new furnace installed by Moss Creek HVAC and the work was not completed. I paid $5000.00 for a furnace that does not work and won't even turn on. He did not install a register (Vent) in my wall so that air would flow into my living room from the furnace. The stack or pipe that vents the dangerous carbon monoxide gases from my home was not properly sealed leaving a gap in the pipe allowing the gas leaking into the house. It caused my wife and 2 sons to suffer side effects from the gas. (light headed, headache and nausea). I had a local propane dealer come by and check out the furnace and he showed us the leak and said that was carbon monoxide gases coming from that vented pipe. He told my wife to open the windows and clear the house and have it checked by a licensed professional. When I called Dave back who was out of town in Florida about the issue he made me feel as if he didn't want to be bothered it and said, he could have someone come out the following Monday. After many many phone calls he finally agreed to send a person out late in the evening 6/22/21 to fix it. The technician called me and told me he was on his way, but never showed! He then sent a repair guy the next day 6/23/21 and installed only a single wall pipe. I had a reputable hvac company come out and he told me nothing had been done to code......

I then hired a separate very reputable company to come in and check his work and this was their findings. 1. The furnace he installed was oversized causing to much air into the house causing the flames to be distorted and carbon monoxide to leak into the house. 2. nothing was done to code. 3. He pulled no permits with the city for the work he did. 4. The pipe (flute) was only single walled instead of double walled. There is so much more I can add but I think this enough.
2 degrees below 0....10 pm...sat night...my furnace stopped working...the owner came to my house within 30 min...got it fixed...very helpful and honest...this was more than a blessing.
David Moss is extremely professional and truly cares about providing quality. He and his team have helped fix my garbage disposal as well as my light switches in my apartment. Definitely more than just an HVAC team and I appreciate their timeliness and communication during services. Highly recommend!

We had Dave install a new Energy Efficient Heating system in our older home. We are grateful that he also removed the old heater and had it hauled off without any problems. Dave is a great guy. Super communication I knew what to expect and when. He came prepared with the right parts on time took care of the issue and explained what was going on at each step. Even for someone who “almost” lives in Utah!😀
One of the great aspects of Moss Creek is their honesty and integrity. They explain what needs to be done and provides the work at a fair price. They are always looking out for their customers. I have had great results with their service and they were able to provide a great bundle deal on replacement of our HVAC.
Dave is incredibly thorough, professional, and patient. I had problems after problems with my house (HVAC, furnace, water heater, and dryer vent) and the rental company I’m renting from called Dave after multiple no shows from other companies. Each time he had to come fix something he came on the day he said he would and was on time. This is a rare thing nowadays. He also explained each and every thing he was checking/doing. Dave even took the time to actually show me what was going on and how to prevent it. Not many people would do that let alone be patient enough to do it. He also took the time to make sure everything was properly working before leaving. Again, it’s rare to find someone who actually works and is professional nowadays! My house is now in working order thanks to Dave! I highly recommend him for all your needs.
