Our heater suddenly quit at night and we were quite concerned about the weekend severe cold front. We were recommended by our neighbors to contact Meyer Mechanical. David Cope, the service technician came on time and professionally identified the failed motor. He was able to locate a replacement unit and within a couple of hours restored the heat to our home. David explained to me - an electronic engineer - what he found and what he did. Thank you, David. I highly recommend Meyer Mechanical for anyone needing HVAC installation or service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and equally rapid fix during what for us was an emergency situation. Our rooftop HVAC units both stopped working. Thankfully one unit was fixable with just an inexpensive adjustment. The other unit had a blown motor so not cheap and easy... but the price tag ended up being reasonable. .all in all an amazing experience from the first phone contact all the way to personal touch with Nathan, the service professional. I'm sold! I will continue to call on Meyer Mechanical for maintenance and repair. Thank you!!

Service tech was nice and friendly but after a $300 bill he left wires disconnected and gas valve shut making the heating system inoperative. They were going to give a quote to replace the system but then we were told the did not have the right personnel to do the work. Left my 85 year old parents with no heat. Not using them again. Response to you, You are correct about my dads health but when I called for service you were told of his condition and we have used you several times before. Even had you replace the fan motor recently so I did not think you would not be able to handle it this time, Lesson learned. As to the condition the unit was left I can only go by what others tell me including you so it will remain a mistory. In all fairness your tech was very distracted by my Dad and his not understanding why he was there so who knows. I am sorry for putting your tech in a difficult situation which was hard for him to handle. This won't happen again. Also please inform your tech that you are not able to do boiler replacements so he does not miss inform your customers.

We scheduled a regular maintenance service to make sure things were kept running well. Craig came out and was so thorough. He took time to explain things to me in a manner I could understand, I'm not mechanical. When something with the air flow/balance didn't seem right to him he took extra time to make sure it was running properly. Then he explained what he was looking fir. I was so impressed. I would definitely use this company again and I'd request Craig!

Our air conditioner decided to poop out just before a heatwave so we needed to find service asap! Fortunately we came across MM - “Craig” was our air conditioner service doctor! He was beyond great! Craig was very responsive - told us what we needed, communicated when he would arrive (and arrive exactly at the time) and also give us heads up before he arrived! Craig also wore booties to respect our floors which I thought was very considerate. We were up and running in a matter of the day after because of parts needed. I’d also like to mention that the bill was very reasonable!!!

Great technician, Justin, came out to check on the furnace. Just a clogged filter but he took his time and made sure everything else was working and in his shape. Is highly recommend. The ladies in the office were nice too!

Came out in October to do a tune up, charged us for one part that they installed incorrectly and shut the system down a week later. Came back out and fixed it. November the came out again and turns out they bent a tube had to fix that. Now having issues again, gave them a call, they told us no warranty, it will be time and a half, minimum 3 hours, but best he come out Monday cause it’s getting late.Not using them again.
