I believe the business sells heating n cooling supplies to contractors. They also train employees and have their own fleet they send out for installs n service.

I had a great experience. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me because he was amazing. This place is wholesale only, but being new to the area and needing to fix my heat quick after multiple companies who turned out inconsistent or dishonest, I wasn’t sure where to turn. The man who helped me here was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest and he pointed me in the right direction for how to fix my heating and gave me recommendations for good HVAC companies around town.

You shouldn't have to argue with a sales person whether a part number that is listed on the part it's a real part number.. You can Google the number and it comes up on Amazon. I. I suppose I should buy my parts there

I walked in not knowing exactly what I needed and Dan was extremely friendly with helping me find the exact right part I needed! Even when I called for directions the woman on the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I don’t shop for HVAC supplies much but next time I need anything I know where to go. Thanks again!

If you are a licensed HVAC/R company then Johnstones is the place to go. They literally have everything you need in order for you to get the job done. I might add that the parts and equipment they sell are decently priced. That way you might save your customer money and know you are selling a quality part. Thanks again Johnstones for the years of dedication to the HVAC/R field!

The counter people here are always on their job, but today mike came thru for me on a newly installed furnace. The manufacturer didn’t have the specifics I needed and mike tore into what ever data base they use and found the info I needed and helped save the day for one of our new customers!!! You guys are the best! Thomas-basset heating and air

The reply is a lie. This came from johnstone supply and you are the ones who would not work with us, saying the brand new product is fine if it is bent because it's just "cosmetic damage". Ordered a special order unit and it came damaged. UPS sent it back to these guys and these guys said everything is fine it's just aesthetically damaged. The entire bottom side was bent. Anyway, looks like somebody tried to hammer it back and created more damage. The unit arrived back to me more damaged than when I first sent it. Would never guess somebody would be so evil. The unit cost 1k.
