Shoutout to you guys for being a total and complete waste of our time. We called and had an estimate scheduled. Waited all damn day for someone to show up. When we called they said “oops he’s not coming we will have to reschedule.” Had we not called to check no one would have told us. They just expected us to sit around and wait? Like our times not valuable. A phone call would have been great. Your loss of business 🙃
I called to have my furnace inspected because my heat wasn't turning on, they charge 125$ just to show up, it took the person over 3 hours to come. Once he got here he spent some time down there and eventually came to the conclusion that we needed a new ignitor or gas valve, said it could take 20 days for him to find the parts because manufacturers stop making them after 10 years and that it would cost 1400 to replace them. He tried to sell me on an entirely new unit which would cost 5000, he left without fixing anything. We got a second opinion this morning and turns out basically everything he told me was a lie and the part to fix it is very common and is going to cost us $245. Very disappointing, paid $125 to learn we were almost taken advantage of and we spent the night in a freezing house.
I had this company come out to install my Furnace earlier this year. When I listed my house for sale I discovered that they never pulled a permit. I have been calling for 2 weeks and their “answering service” consistently tells me a manager will call me back. I have called 6 times today alone with not 1 call back.
$300 for JUST a service call, when others are $75 and $95, I don't understand why it is so high ... make sure you understand this before calling them out to look at something for you. With prices this high from the get-go, I'm afraid to see what they charge for any type of repair ...
Awesome service and really fair pricing on a new furnace installation. Would definitely recommend these guys.
From the day they came out to assess my need to the install and then the preventive maintenance after, they have been every part of prompt, kind, and professional. And when I say prompt I mean prompt. If the appointment is at 8am....the doorbell rang at 8am sharp. Customer service has been on point and I can’t say anything bad. It took them a while past their scheduled time, but it's summer so I understand they are busy. Overall friendly and great service, got my air conditioning up and running the same day. They also taught me a few maintenance tips while they were at it. Price was fair, and they didn't try to charge me or anything. I would definitely call JJ's Heating & Cooling Repair again.
We needed a complete replacement of air conditioning system for our home. The technician came out and did a complete evaluation of the system and gave a full report of the condition of our existing unit. He came over with his team on the next day and completely replaced all units. They were both professional and courteous and respected our home. We appreciate how hard they worked to get this job completed in one day. Thumbs up!!
We have always had fantastic service from JJ's Heating & Cooling Repair and our last visit was no exception. Each time, the service personnel spend some time with me and I learn more and more about how to best maintain our system. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this honest and forthright approach to doing business. There's no other company for us.
I was happy that they could come same day to fix my A/C. They said they'd be here between 2:30 and 5:30. They no showed and after several calls they said the tech would call back. It is now 7:30 and they've stopped answering. Now I can't make an appointment with someone else until tomorrow.
Called these guys yesterday at 10:46 AM as I was having furnace issues and the guy I talked to said he could have a tech out between 1 and 3. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be home between that time and nobody showed up. No phone call received to tell me something to the contrary. Pretty poor business practice for a new customer.
JJ's Heating & Cooling Repair technician took his time reviewing the state of my furnace with me. He explained to me all the options I had to solve the problem and answered all of my questions. He was able to get it working and his charges were very fair. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend him.
My AC went out on one of the hottest days. I called JJ's Heating & Cooling Repair and they were able to send out a technician within an hour of my call. Their price was fair and upfront.The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.He was able to get my unit working within a very short period of time.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Solid 5 stars! Don't waste your time calling another company. John and his crew completed our installation in a very timely manner. The guys were very knowledgeable. Overall, their work always followed the code, and they left the job site very clean.
Very professional and they keep open communication with the costumers. They are timely as well and they will explain the whole process to you, they don’t try getting extra funds from a person either and they’re up front about pricing so you won’t have to wonder what the costs are. We’ve been using them for 2 years and they haven’t let us down yet.
JJ's Heating & Cooling Repair was absolutely amazing. The technician was excellent and very helpful. The advisory Steve was very informative and helpful as well. We were in an emergency situation and they provided quick and prompt service.
Everybody is very friendly and very responsive. The communication was excellent - I really appreciate the short window of time for arrival and really appreciate they called to say they can get there early if it worked for me; which it did. Not only did it work great, they valued the fact that I was pressed for time and completed the job without delaying me for my job.
Ben arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it. He was polite, explained the problem and how he fixed it. Job well done. The services offered by JJ's Heating & Cooling Repair were great when they installed a new furnace and AC unit in our new home last month. They continue to do the same long after the systems were installed. We had them repair our office AC and Ben is always a pleasure to deal with and very cooperative in making sure my system is working correctly. He was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions. Did the job very quickly.
