Lauren, at Hawkins, was awesome to work with! We had multiple issues with ordering and the delivery of our stove through another vendor, yet every time I called her, she was very responsive and helpful. They even were able to come out the very next work day to hook it up after delivery, even though they were really booked out. I highly recommend Hawkins Commercial Appliance Service.

I had two very old ovens that needed some work to get them going. They needed control over temperatures and regulation of gas flow. Jason was my tech. Hawkins was extremely easy to work with; they were very knowledgeable, the work was done quickly, they came back a second time to double check and tweak everything. I couldn't be more pleased. The price was good. The tech was great. The office staff was polite, professional, and wonderful. This is definitely the company you want to use if you need commercial appliance work.

Called based on a referral to here. After I quickly explained what I was looking to have done, I got very disinterested "....eeeeeh, it'd maybe be a couple of weeks before we would even look at it." I said "oh... ok... never mind then..." and before I could add "thank you for your time," or ask for a suggestion of where else I might be able to get the work done, he'd hung up. He absolutely missed the point of being in a service oriented business.

I had a heating element burn out on Oct. 5th and placed a service call to Hawkins to fix it. I was told it would be 3-5 business day for them to receive the part and come back out. 2 weeks later, I had not heard or seen anything from Hawkins, so I placed a follow up call. I was informed that they were busy and would be out on Oct. 21st. The 21st came and went and I followed up AGAIN with the manager(who is named Lee) and he promised to finally have aq tech come out on the 25th. On that day, the tech was late, and he , self admittedly, was rushing and blew the new part that he was there to replace. He told me that he would be back the next day ASAP to fix his mistake. I again called Lee when the following day when the tech never showed up. Lee was not only rude and unprofessional, but wouldn't give me a set time/or discount on the replacement part. I reached out to other manager throughout my company and they all had similar complaints about Hawkins being late/crappy repair jos/and being rude. Please, save yourself the time/loss of business/headache and go with someone else who actually might want to assist with your issues!
