The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Upon getting there, I wasn't even in line for more than 15 seconds before they requested for someone to come up front and help. I had gotten to interact with all three employees over 2 days trying to track down a part. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They we knowledgeable about what I needed exactly. I live across Colorado Springs but will definitely be willing to make the trip again off of my first experience with the employees at Grainger.

This location closed at 4:30 and I drove an hour to get there but traffic was awful so I got there late, shortly after they close their gate and they noticed me as the gate was going down and reopened their gate, let me inside and helped me even though it was after their closing time. Most businesses would have said "hey sorry we are closed" and that would have been the end of it. they were beyond helpful and I cannot express how much I appreciate them taking that extra time, especially on a Friday evening when I'm sure they are more than ready to get their weekend started, they deserve an extra special thank you for taking a few extra minutes to let me inside and get my will call. Please give those ladies a pat on the back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean store! I was not expecting that at a tool supply company! They are strictly enforcing social distancing by means of chaining off access until the customer being served is finished with their transaction. This did seem to slow things down, but actually, it would be no different than waiting behind someone. I think it just felt that way since I was isolated and couldn't gauge how the transaction was progressing! They offer curbside pickup so I think I will use that service if protocol stands for social distancing, in the future!
Ordered boxes. The product was meant to arrive within two weeks. After waiting 2 and half weeks, we made an enquiry about the order because it was 2 days late. The order was canceled by Grainger without notice. This is why corporations like "Grainger" are becoming obsolete.
Easy online ordering and curbside pickup.
Always polite and expedient! Grainger always has what I need for the business I run, I really appreciate this business. They are also really good at finding the parts I need when I don't know how to identify something (like a furnace or plumbing part). They're right of the highway too--convenient!
