I have worked with Gene's on several occasions... furnace maintenance, floor vent installation, roof vent cap replacement, furnace/AC quote for future installation. Working with Gene, his on-site employees and those answering phone calls were all great experiences. They are on time, knowledgeable, fairly priced, answer my many questions and very pleasant to work with. I will continue to use, and refer without hesitation, for all my furnace and related projects. We had a relatively small job done. Gene's helped get our upstairs bathroom vents vented properly through the roof. The original construction from the 80's vented the bathroom vents directly into the attic. I had my roof done at the same time and they worked very well with the roofers. The quote they gave us to do the job was a heck of a lot more reasonable than a competitor. We had a very good experience working with them.
Came home a few nights ago and the fan was working, but no heat was coming out. Luckily it wasn't too cold. I called and left a message. First thing next morning, Gene's calls and say they can be there in 30 minutes. They were! And I had heat within in less than an hour! Great Service! Friendly and dependable.
After many years of living in my home; my heating and air conditioning unit no longer worked. I called Gene's and we went over the problems I was experiencing. They sent a technician out and we went over the details of what the problems were and the approximate cost. That was 3 years ago and the equipment has not failed me! I trust Gene's Heating and Air Conditioning (thank you for keeping us warm in the winter and smiling in the summer!)

Furnace quit working, their response was quick. The serviceman was knowledgeable, professional and up front with all the details of what need to be done and completed the repairs and service . Prices were totally reasonable. Highly recommend !!

I had a new furnace, A/C and thermostat installed with Gene's. They are absolutely great in what they do. They have great communication and are willing to work with your wishes and needs. Gene and his crew are super nice and professional and coordinated with the electricians and inspectors for me. Great service!!!.
Have been using Gene's Heating and Air for over fifteen years for routine maintenance as well as system upgrades. VERY responsive in emergencies, great to work with on routine maintenance as well. They do great work professionally and are always on time. Also, unlike other mega-companies, they NEVER try to upsell you on something you don't need either.
They were reasonably priced, on time, responsive, and fast in my AC install. They accidentally damaged my dryer during the install but offered a fair discount on the AC invoice in response. My new AC works well. Hopefully, after a summer of using my AC this year, the 5 star review will remain.
Exceptional! Called about a heating issue on a very cold day. They were great on the phone, sent someone out right away and fixed the issue. Great value and excellent service. Highly recommend.
The crew installed a new furnace for us. They were on schedule just as promised. Had a full crew present to complete the job efficiently and quickly. The techs were courteous and pleasant to work with. Gene's office staff is great. They follow through on requests, are good listeners and are quick to return calls. Prices are fair market value and Gene, the owner, was on site for the installation. I recommend this Company for installation and service.

I called Gene's heating& Air for a 2nd option on my central AC unit after getting near 6,000 repair quote from wirenut to replace it. I'm so glad I called Gene's. They were reliable& honest. It was low on coolant from loose or broken caps! They put 3lbs of coolant& changed out the caps for 360 bucks. Wow. I so appreciated their honesty& all the $$$ they saved me. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Our furnace was blowing cold air, and our previous heating company had gone out of business. We contacted One Source Home Service and they claimed that our entire system needed to be replaced (for $20,000). We decided to get a second opinion, and Gene’s Heating and Air was recommended to us by a realtor. Bob was so friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem for $135. If you want your furnace fixed by an honest company who won’t rip you off, go with Gene’s Heating and Air.
