A completely satisfactory furnace replacement. Not cheap, but in the range of typical. I would certainly use them again.
Ken is a very personable rep, as he took his time and explained our options. We went with Family as their price was very competitive and they installed the same brand as our old furnace. Removal and installation took about 5 hours and they did a great job. They scheduled the city inspection for us and it passed with flying colors. We would definitely recommend Family to anyone replacing or fixing a furnace.
Family Heating and Cooling is a fantastic company to work with. Came out the same day I called them to look at a broken HVAC system. Brandon was incredibly friendly and professional, as was Ken when I met with him. They fixed/replaced our system extremely quickly. I can’t recommend them enough!
Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and explained details. Ken added to my gas line for me in the Spring and am very happy with his service and quality provided. Additionally, a of my friend had a new furnace installed at the end of last Winter by Alex when I was living there, same fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Very honest and reliable company. We had Ken come out and he did such a great job and was very tranon short notice and he was very transparent with our heating issues. He was very nice and we will be using this company for all our air/heating needs.
Our company has been serviced by Family Heating and Cooling for about 10 years now. They have always been honest, fair and professional. We just had Family install a new HVAC unit for our building this week. The process went well, the price is what I would consider fair (for a commercial unit) and it works great.
Amazing service - start to finish from Family Heating and Cooling. From the moment I called she was so nice. They got me in the next business day. Alexander was on time, very respectful, direct, and was able to solve my problem in under 2 hours. I feel that this is an honest and trustworthy company. I will be using them the next time something goes wrong. Highly recommend.

I experienced an after-hours problem with my furnace that required emergency service. Ken from Family Heating and Cooling responded to my initial phone call within 5 minutes, arrived on time, and fixed the problem immediately. He had all the necessary parts on hand and provided extra cleaning services at no additional cost. I paid a fair price for parts and labor and did not mind the emergency service fee. Thanks Family! We'll be sleeping warm tonight.

Woke up on a nippy December Saturday morning to no heat. Ken arrived a few hours later, made the necessary repair, cleaned the furnace we were up and running. Great work, prompt & friendly, I highly recommend.
Had work done on furnace (cleaning) which was found to be incomplete when home was inspected for sale. Contacted the owner of Family Heating and he personally came out to repair additional needs of the furnace and perform cleaning on the same day. Estimated additional cost of $480 which he waived completely. Enough cannot be said for honestly, integrity, and ownership of an issue. Everyone will make mistakes, but only a few take ownership and go the extra mile to then complete the job. Could not recommend Ken and his company more highly.
My wife and I are moving out of town and the week before we leave, the pilot light goes out on our ancient furnace. Just to be safe we had someone come out to check on it, on a Saturday. Ken was informative and polite, and discovered a crack in the unit which warranted a replacement. We were able have the new furnace up and heating by Monday afternoon, in a snowstorm and single digits temps. Throughout this process Ken maintained top shelf customer service, answering questions and being informative about the furnace. I've already verbally recommended Family Heating and Cooling and will continue to do so!

My experience with Family HVAC surpasses any service I've had previously in 3 different cities in Colorado over the past 20 years. Office staff is highly competent, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The owner clearly knows his business and has consistently demonstrated the highest level of technical expertise, code requirements, integrity and interpersonal skill. (I was fortunate to find Family HVAC after nearly being victimized by a scam.) Family HVAC is exceptional, reliable, honest and cost effective in every way. I decided to use Family HVAC on a yearly service subscription basis and recommend this business highly--in fact, I'd give the owner and staff 10 stars if it were possible.
Our furnace in the home we just moved into was replaced in March and started making a squealing noise on Friday at 2pm. I called around 3, but then was going to a movie. I was told it would be the beginning of the week before they could get someone out, which I totally understood. By 4pm Ken was calling saying he could be at our house for the end of his work day to try to be sure we don't lose our A/C. I explained I couldn't get there, and he said he could come Saturday after another scheduled stop he had. I was going to be gone again, but we had friends at our house and he asked if I would be ok with him entering my home without me being there (with my friends there). He was overly considerate and concerned about getting us fixed as soon as he could. Even just for warranty repair. He got there at 11am and I was able to be home shortly after. He had the fan out and found the issue and was great at walking me through the issue and other information about our furnace. What amazing service! They have won my business! Thanks again Ken!
