Did the job requested and did it well
Adam came by this morning for our seasonal a/c inspection. He was on time, efficient and informative to me and gave me tips on some things I can do myself. Very personable and a great experience. Thanks Adam.
This team is awesome! From scheduling, to the work that was completed, to the payment process. Great job and responded to our issues quickly! They keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer!

I just learned their vehicle drove off another into the shoulder of I25. They have been contacted and do not want to look into the issue. Keep searching for another company. Thumbs down.
I have a '99 gas furnace and had no heat one morning -a couple of problems with it and can't afford to buy a completely new unit. They gave me that option but didn't push. Eagle Heating and Air was very responsive within an hour! Then after almost a day it stopped again. Between Adam and Josh on both days and further troubleshooting, this unit gave everyone a run for the money, so to speak, but with their drive to get to the bottom of it- I had heat and still do!! I appreciated their care and professional attitude. Also, Reanna (I hope I got her name correct!) the phone contact is very personal and kind. I feel she truly cares never rushing me off the phone. Thank you Eagle team!
Adam came by and took care of the thermocouple in my furnace, cool guy, quick work. Will call again for future needs.

Jay did a complete analysis of my old noisy system, explained and answered all my questions. No hard sell or upsell, gave me many options and price ranges. No BS. All new hi range furnace/ac/steam humidifier was installed, professional and neat installation. Jay returned twice himself to hunt down noises with the humidifier, 100% success. Super quiet system. Highly recommend Eagle.
Great Company
Eagle HVAC was the best price I received out of 3 bids for a new furnace and A/C and I have not been disappointed after more than a year. They had to move my furnace from one place to another and add A/C that was never installed. Jay obviously was very knowledgable and had good understanding of what was needed to move my furnace when he came to look at the job. He told me details of what was needed and how. His crew that installed did a very good job (installed April 2021). Service after the install has been very good. Corey did an amazing job of making sure my a/c was performing correctly after it was not cooling my home sufficiently and found the reason for it. We had a misunderstanding about how much work they cover after install and for how long. We worked it out to our mutual agreement. (I would make sure to ask questions so you understand what is included after the install with any issues you may have after the fact and for how long after the install - of course, with any company you choose). Their staff is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely trust them to do a great job.
Cory Knapp is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the maintenance he preformed and how to improve the system. Cory deserves five stars.

Cory was truly a professional technician. He explained the process of what he needed to do and kept me updated on what parts and repair needed to be done. His first visit was a great impression that I was convinced I was dealing with a quality company and willing to wait two weeks for my scheduled repair date. Will continue to use Eagle in the future. Give them a shot!
So I have to edit my past review due to the fact that my A/C was supposedly fixed but then it stopped working again and I reached out to the tech who said he knows what the issue is then but I would have to get rescheduled for him to come out. I got on the schedule for a week later and because I missed the phone call a day prior to the tech coming, they took me off the schedule and wouldn't be able to reschedule me AGAIN until another two weeks! Meanwhile I'm just stuck in the heat with a baby and animals because their tech didn't fix the issue properly the first time. And granted I wasn't able to answer their call the day prior but I thought since I had the appointment time slotted that the tech would still of shown up at least.
Cory was very professional and thorough. He made sure I understood the updates and maintenance involved. Very personable, did well with my hyper dogs and made sure the service was 100% satisfactory. I’d recommend Eagle to anyone.
Cory, my tech did an amazing job. Not only did he take care of the original issue but also corrected the wiring that was incorrectly installed. His professionalism and knowledge was one of the best I've incountered compared to other companies that I've have hired to fix the same issue over the past 6 months. Highly recommend the company, and ask for Cory as your tech.
The ac has never been right since we replaced the units last year. There has been a leak. Not for lack of effort, they couldn’t seem to find the leak. Cory came out today and found it within 20 minutes. Had it fixed and working within an hour. Thanks!
