Just buy the parts you need on Amazon. They won't sell anybody unless they are licensed. A better alternative from the company would be to sell to all customers and just deny any warranty if package opened or damaged, instead of losing potential business
I ordered an AC part from CT HVAC Supply. Due to complications during install, I contacted CT HVAC Supply and received top notch help with trouble shooting my issue and ensuring the part I got was indeed what I needed. I wish this level of customer service was the standard; outstanding and appreciated. Thank You Chris!
Purchased a product online that came in not as the one pictured! After several attempts of trying to return the product I've given up ! Being in customer service I would never treat or have I treated a customer so poorly ( Chris Auger ) I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them online because you wont be treated like a real customer!

Great place to buy any HVAC supplies. The owner chris is great guy himself. He will help you on many differnt levels, from identifing the correct part or educating you on something you didnt know. You can tell this owner has a deep background in the feild and cares a lot about his customers. I recommend giving this place a shot.

I paid to ship a product back to this company. They gladly accepted my return and charged me a restocking fee. Then I never got my money back for said returned product👎👎👎👎do NOT support this company.
Been difficult getting a refund for a product I sent back. Not easy to work with. And still no refund. Would give them 0 stars. I also notice when you get a bad review you act like you do not know who the customer is. I'm sure I'm the only Chad you have done business with the last few days. I can surely post up the invoice number to refresh your memory.

I can't say enough nice things about this company & their employees! I called them almost in tears after contacting about 10 other companies that would not help me. CT Supply took time to help me, was very honest & respectful. They very well could of sold me parts I ended up not needing, instead the owner had me check to be 110% sure before he sold me parts I didn't need. It was so nice to find a company that is actually still honest & cares about their customers big and small. I will recommend them to others, as well as use them when I do need repair parts in the future. Thank you CT Supply!!!
