We had Blaine come in to do our estimate and he was so quick and easy to talk to! Showed us more than one option we can pick from. The prices were right in our budget. He was able to get our ac unit installed within the next week! Then chance and his team did the installation and was very respectful with everything in our home. Super excited to finally have a cool home this summer and couldn’t thank this company enough with there amazing team
I found them though Costco and I have no reason to regret it.

Not 24hrs: I had a new system installed less than a month ago. It quit working already. They claim to be open 24hrs, but when you call for help, the line has you on hold for 10-15min, then just goes straight to voicemail and ends.
Gary Bidwell is a PM with Cooper Heating and Cooling and he is amazing to work with. You can tell he has lots of experience in getting your home exactly what it needs and for the right price. Gary holds himself extremely well and is exceptionally friendly to work with. He provides trust and confidence making the process easy.
I had Cooper-Colo Springs replace the furnace and ac in my Larkspur home. They arrived when the said they would with a courtesy call before arrival. the complete the work in a clean and professional way. And they responded afterwards for some minor tweaking of the system. They services and repaired my Lennox, a tricky machine to get right and admitted took a couple of visits, they warranteed the work and got it working perfect. Thank you
Amazing experience!! From the start it was an easy process. Blaine did a great job doing the estimate explaining everything so I understood what I was getting, why I needed it and why I didn't want the things I didn't need. Install time was great. 8 days from accepting the estimate to installation. Chance and his team did an extremely good job getting everything installed and didn't mind me being a helicopter homeowner!!! Highly recommend this company and strongly suggest going through Costco to get the benefits that are offered.
I've heard they do good work but unfortunately was told they don't do work on new construction. They have to have a physical building to come look at to even provide an estimate which means they really can't be used as a subcontractor if we can even talk numbers earlier in the project than that. Seems strange that they don't even look at Architectural drawings, engineering, heat loss calculations, equipment certificates, etc
I bought a furnace and AC with Cooper recently and I had a pressure switch go out in my furnace. They had a technician at my house within 30 minutes of me calling. Dion Duran was the tech and he was polite and able to diagnose the problem and took the time to explain it to me and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Cooper to any friends.
My furnace went out so I called these guys to come fix it. They needed a part to fix the issue so we made another appointment and then they never showed for the 2nd appt. I took time off from work and I still have a broken furnace. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
We initially called because our system wasn't running up to par. We thought we might need a new system but Blain came and looked into our current system and instead of recommending a new system he suggested we have their technician come out because he thought it might just need a simple repair. He spent time going over the size of the system we had and why it was accurate and basically educated me about HVACs. He was friendly and informed. The technician comes this week to evaluate our situation. At this point the service has been great.
I used Cooper when I lived in Westminster and I use them here in the Springs. I just needed routine maintenance but someone came out the same day I called. He was professional and friendly and made sure everything was workout properly. I trust Cooper and will always use their services!

Connor was nice enough to stop by and take care of a broken down furnace before going home for the night. I was very concerned of not having heat over night with potential pipe bursting. He went step by step to check of the potential issues and diagnosed the problem. He got the furnace working again and scheduled a pick up and installation for the new part the next morning. Couldn't ask for better service or professionalism.
I went without heat for over a month, getting the runaround from a different company, and was told I was going to need a whole new furnace. Conner came, cleaned up the mess they made, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for literally 2% of the cost I was going to have to pay. SO HAPPY!
Conner did a great job from when I first contacted him to when the job was done. He was the perfect mix of professional and personable. He correctly diagnosed my problem, got the needed parts, and fixed the problem quickly. If I have any future problems, I'll know who to call.
