Tom did the tune-up on our air conditioning yesterday. Tom is great! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. A real professional.
Tom S came out to repair our air conditioning today and did a brilliant job. We had an issue with the outside unit and our thermostat. He replaced both quickly and explained what the issue was and how it worked for me. I know they close at 5pm and he stuck around to make sure our ac was up and running.
Calibrating Air is extremely reliable and does good, honest work. Tom is very professional, friendly, punctual, and is very good and knowledgeable.

They have always done a good job for us. They installed our current heating and cooling system five years ago and have serviced it every year sense.

Update to my previous review: As part of our previous furnace and AC purchase, we have received annual maintenance checkups. Each one reflects CA’s commitment to customer service and exceptional quality work. The latest checkup was performed on our AC by Tom. He was extremely friendly, professional and thorough, taking time to explain the mechanics and his efforts. I appreciated his thoroughness and time he took to offer helpful suggestions to make the most of our HVAC system. I highly recommend AC and their team. 1st Review: We had 2 furnaces and an AC unit installed. The entire staff was great to work with. Laurie, was wonderful and kept us updated and called to let us know when the installers were arriving. James and Charles were exceptional- professional, friendly and conscientious. They took time to explain everything about the new units and made sure everything was clean and picked up when they were done. We highly recommend!

We are incredibly pleased by the quality service that was provided by Thomas S. He identified the problem and properly repaired our system, that despite only being 4 years old, has had to be serviced by 3 other companies. Our unit was purchased from and installed by a now bought out company. It wasn't properly installed, leaving a leak in the pipe for the refrigerant. None of the other 3 companies (4 technicians) that we've called to service and maintain our unit realized that there was a leak, despite always having to refill significant quantities of the refrigerant at each visit. Thomas found the leak, showed how he was able to locate it, and explain why it was causing the symptoms we called to diagnose. Then, he continued to examine the rest of the system to make sure there weren't any other things of issue. When he was repairing the leak, he showed how it was improperly connected to the system, only about 80% of the circumference of the pipe was actually sealed when it was installed. He took the time to explain the system, what to look out for, and how to properly use and maintain the unit. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We are so incredibly grateful to find a company that took the time to properly identify the problem, not just sell us refrigerant year after year. He also discussed with us how to make maintaining the system more affordable. We only have great things to say. Finally, we will have reliable, functioning A/C for the summer!
Tom, was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me. He went out of his way to show me how to do things better. I've used Calibrating Air twice now and have been very happy with the results.
I have been using this company for over 6 years for maintainance service on both my AC and furnace. They are reliable, knowledgable, curteous, and honest. I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC or heating services. Everything stated in my previous review still applies. In addition, Darryl was very thorough and helpful. Calibrating Air installed my heater and then my Air Conditioning, last year. Excellent service. Today Thomas Sandoval did maintenance on AC. Very professional and thorough service. Company is always friendly to work with.
Honestly, very reasonable prices (we had 2 other quotes and they were the cheapest) and very quick with the setup. The two technicians that showed up were very professional and friendly and were very helpfully when recommending services/equipment.
Calibrating Air heating and cooling was easy to work with and very professional. We had an issue with our furnace heater. Tom S. quickly showed up and he quickly figured out it was a faulty Universal ignition control module. Good news: we have heat again. Professionalism: A+, Reliable: A+, Value: A+ Highly recommend.
Superb, awesome, completely satisfied! Overwhelmingly satisfied with Calibrating Air heating & cooling! Charles came out to do an estimate, he was extremely helpful in explaining the process involved with a central AC install, from mechanical to electrical. Went over their certifications, warranties, inspections and options. The office schedulers Lori and Nikki were very helpful and they got me immediately on their schedule. Charles, Ryan, and Darryl came out and did the AC install as well as a humidifier system. They were very professional, left all areas clean and tidy and double checked everything. P&L Electric did the wiring and were superb. Overall, this was a totally professional experience all around! As a retired USAF Colonel, I’m pretty careful with my recommendations but I highly recommend Calibrating Air heating & cooling!
Tom helped my dad troubleshoot issues with the HVAC system by phone. The heater went out in my dad's house. Tom not only helped figure out the problem by phone, but my dad was able to get it fixed within minutes, due to the expert assistance he had from Tom! We will definitely use your services in the future!
I got home from a week of travel to a cold house and no heat (Feb/Winter). It was late on a Friday (after hours) and talked to the on-call technician (Tom) by phone to explain my problem. He walked me through checking a few things and I found a wire that had come loose. After tightening that up, my furnace started working. Not only was Tom very helpful and professional, he saved me an after-hours call out to my house. I can't say enough great things about Calibrating Air and Tom.
I did not end up using them because they charge over $1000 more than everyone else in town for the same furnace. The tech they sent out was really kind, but overall the company is really taking advantage of people with these prices.
