staff was polite and competent. work was completed efficiently. however, I feel I was grossly overcharged... $650 in labor costs for what was actually a one hourjobr. I was presented with a "bid" for the job, rather than being offered an hourly rate. Even factoring in being charged (at the same rate as the actual work) for time spent going for parts, that comes out to nearly $300/h when their usual hourly rate is $212. I requested, but was denied a partial refund to bring it to that level.
Paid $1240 to replace an old and leaky bathtub valve. He made it seem like he was going to be working on it the rest of the day but turns out it only took him 1 hr to complete. I can't help but feel like I got ripped off by Bullseye Heating and Plumbing. That kind of money is rediculous for 1 hour of work.
Efficient and friendly service techs. Identified and solved the problem quickly, explaining what went wrong and what they did.
Excellent, friendly, and timely service! Great job!!! Will definitely reach out to Bullseye for future jobs! Thanks!
Jerry was professional, thorough in his explanation of, and completion of, the problem. This situation had been going on for 2+ years, and it's now solved! Thank you Jerry! P,S. He also told me about the coupon on the website, which I really appreciate! Alonda is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable plumbers I've ever met! She installed my new furnace in June 2016. Highly recommend BullsEye Plumbing! 7-12-2022 After 3 rescheduled appointments (they were short staffed), Chester finally performed my annual HVAC maintenance, and changed the furnace filter. He was thorough, honest, and explained what he had done. Very pleasant. I’ve been using Bullseye for this service for many years! 7-5-23 Mike was here for a minor fix of a sheet of metal that had come loose from the a/c unit! No charge and quick service!
I received a call from BullsEye Plumbing and Heating. They want me to pay the $60 to write up an estimate???!!! Pay a plumbing company $60 for a bid??? Scammy... DO NOT go near these people with a 30 foot sewage pipe. You want money, EARN IT!!!
Bobby is my all-time favorite, professional and knowledgeable tech…thanks!!
I was very pleased with the service today. And I received a more thorough clean on the Air Conditioner than years past which was very nice!
We had our HVAC system serviced. Mike and his helper did a great job, from start to finish. Friendly, professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of everything being done. Bullseye came out and did exactly what we asked, and did it well. I highly recommend Bullseye for your home service needs.
We had bullseye add a gas pipeline under the ground to a cement block for a fire pit. They completed the job fine and the gas pipeline works. But we’ve had a few issues with their work. PLEASE read their contracts fully. It clearly states they will cut sprinkler lines. As we would have been fine with that to get the job done, they neglected to tell us they cut two lines… which created leaking water after turf placement. If there was transparency and professional communication we would’ve fixed the lines before we installed turf. They also neglected to tighten a valve which caused a gas leak and CO Springs utilities has to come and check our house. Our neighbor was the one that notified us of the smell… so who knows how long that could’ve went on
I had an issue with a bath spout/diverter that I couldn’t solve on my own and filled out a request on Angi. Bullseye called literally within the minute I submitted a quote from them and immediately scheduled a technician to come assess the situation. My technician was Tucker who was on time, polite, and listened to my input and struggles with the situation. Tucker properly assessed the issue, replaced the part, was friendly with my 3 year old who kept interrupting him, and was completed in about an hour. I appreciated the customer service provided by Tucker, the dispatcher, and Bullseye Plumbing overall.
Roger got to the point very quickly and figured out the problem and fixed it. I would recommend these two gentlemen for any plumbing jobs in the future.
I’m disappointed with the person who moved my gas line over from center island to wall. He left lines exposed and didn’t take out a permit for the work. When I mentioned it said nothing! Now I’m left to fix this ?
They added a new gas line for the range. Reasonably priced, quick and efficient, and good communication. No issues at all.
Chris was awesome. Got me taken care of quickly and made a big headache into just another transaction. 5/5
They responded to my request very quickly. Tucker was professional and efficient! I will definitely call them in the future!
Bobby was very helpful and answered my questions regarding sump pumps. He verified it was running as it should. I know that if I ever need sump pump maintenance repairs etc. I will go with Bullseye
We tried to clear a clogged tub for 2 days (Drano, snake, more Drano) and no luck. I called Bullseye at 1:45 pm and "Daniel" was at our house about 15 minutes later (wow). 20 minutes later, no clog. Great service, great representative, and a reasonable price! What's not to love? Highly recommended :)
They always do a great job with drain cleanouts and this was no exception. Bobby was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Hot water Faucet contaminated with debris causing the hot water side of Faucet to slow drip when turn on. Bullseye plumbing employees found what the problem was and removed the debris from the hot water line and everything went perfect after that. I thank the two employee from Bullseye for a job well done.
