Very disappointed. The new A/C unit they installed keeps freezing up starting the first year it was installed. They did come out and try to fix it a few times but I still have issues with it. I paid multiple service call fees. They told me that I did not change the filters enough or did not keep the unit free of debris but I did change the filters often and even had them come out to make sure everything was good prior to the season. It froze up multiple times that year. I had another company look at it and they had to install an additional air flow duct saying that it was not getting enough air flow to the unit which cost me hundreds of dollars. It still is temperamental but works better.

The original owner, Troy, Installed two Bryant furnace and AC's for me. I believe he now has sold. Our 9 year old Bryant AC broke, and no one from Bruno's Heating & Cooling returned our call over the weekend, and no on returned many calls I made the following week regarding if this is covered under the so called 10-year warranty; additionally, the model number is not on the Bryant web-page. These are not the same owners, and Carriers and Bryants ACs are now made in Mexico.

Had them do work for us and now they don't answer their phones! I will never use them again!

Property management picked this company because trust me I wouldn’t have. Showed up 30 minutes late (no apology) then proceeded to do NOTHING due to the fact that he didn’t have a tall enough ladder for getting on the roof or a ladder to get into the attic. He took a “peak” into our attic & struggled with that due to his size. His overall assessment was “we do too much laundry” which blew our minds because he didn’t SEE or DO anything to come up with that! I’m shocked that this company has any customers.

I called to see how to change the furnace filter on my dads furnace that had been serviced by Brunos almost 2 yrs ago. A lady named Rachel answered my call. I told her my issue and she stayed on the phone with me while she googled it. Come to find out she was the accountant/billing person. She was super nice and very helpful on the phone. After about 10 mins of googling she took my name and number and promised to ask one of the techs and she would call me back. She kept her word and called me back with the answer. Next time that furnace needs to be repaired I will call Brunos without hesitation as I feel Rachel went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks again!!!

Not to be trusted. Paid double the amount I was quoted. I was put on hold forever when I called and told them I was calling to make a payment... That was a first.

Horrible business. Bruno's installed our furnace 2 years ago and have made 6 service calls and our furnace still isn't working, despite them having a tech here for 3 hours yesterday and telling us it was fixed. Incompetent is the best word I can think of to describe them.

Had air conditioner installed in December 2013 and used it a total of about 8 weeks since it's pretty cool where we live and don't run it often. It died in less than 3 years and we called Bruno's to see if they would warranty their work. The part itself was under warranty, but they would not warranty the labor on the system. I will definitely be staying away from their service in the future.

Furnace broke and needed a new control board. Control board was $120 on internet but they charged me $340 plus 2 hours labor. I understand part markup but dang! Then the tech wired the board wrong. The house fan would not work. Had to call them back and they were going to charge me again but explained that I already paid for a WORKING furnace. I will say that the Tech was very nice. He came back and rewired the control board and now the house fan works but found out days later that the furnace did not work. Went on line and printed out the schematics and called them again. They came out and told my wife that it was the gas valve. Wife called me and I talked with the tech and told him to fix the wiring according to the schematics. He did and now everything works. Sound to me like he was feeding my wife bullshit and was trying to charge us for things we did not need. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I am a general contractor. Have tried many HVAC companies and Bruno's has exceeded my expectations in price and service. Great company!

Called for a simple quote to install a safety drip pan. I was told to go elsewhere because the job was too small. They only want to deal with bigger jobs. Don't give your money to these people.

We are new to the area and needed our furnace checked out. It would not stay on and heat the house. I called and spoke to a very pleasant woman that took my information and setup an appointment for the same day. Mike showed up and walked through everything he was doing and what the readings meant. Very professional and provide important information on my unit. I was only changed a reasonable service call amount for cleaning sensors. We discussed other annual services that were reasonably prices based on other BBB company review. I would use them for any other service needed. Very pleased!

We have used Bruno's for many years - for our business and our home. They have always provided prompt, courteous service. They have also made trips in blizzards to make sure we have heat! Kudo's to Bruno's!

Grossly overcharged us for a swamp cooler install. Unprofessional crew did an unprofessional job and used the cheapest materials possible. Look Elsewhere for quality HVAC services.

Furnace went out in February on a Sunday. I have an old dinosaur furnace. Francisco was great! Perfect gentleman, professional, out on a Sunday on a job that took longer because of my dated furnace. Impressive experience. Double checked everything to make sure I was ok, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. If your furnace goes out hire this team! And ask for Francisco! Other review that mentioned Francisco, thank you! You were right about him.

Charged me $180 to inspect my AC unit and never provided a receipt. Never provided me the quote on a new AC unit and furnace as promised. So I joined Angie's list and found a slew of good HVAC companies. Purchased a new AC, furnace and two hot water heaters with all the wistles and bells from another local HVAC company. My business was his to lose and he lost it.

Exceptional customer service! The folks at Bruno's had an excellent response time...even late on a Saturday afternoon. Mike showed up within half an hour and quickly isolated and repaired the problem with our HVAC system, all the while explaining what he was doing. He left us with some A/C pearls of wisdom to keep our HVAC running smoothly until its annual check-up. Thanks guys!
