Brandon came out to look at our Boiler. I chose this company because it seemed like a good company. It was decided that the exhaust fan needed to be replaced. He would also do a tune up etc. It would cost approximately $2000 or more. He would order the part and email me an estimate within a few days, maybe the next day........and be able to do the work the following week. After seven days (figured he was busy), I texted him to see what was going on......NEVER texted me back, Never got an estimate. Very, Very strange. All that time wasted......Very disgusted.

Let’s be honest in Colorado Springs it’s difficult to find a company that provides a quality service. Look no further for your AC needs! My experience with Black Forest was superb in every respect. The scheduling line was very polite, informative, and transparent. Brandon was my Tech, he was friendly and super knowledgeable about my system. He didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need and provided through explanations to all my questions. The only caveat is I did not shop around so as an honest reviewer I can’t tell you if they are the cheapest, but they seemed reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend to everyone.

I scheduled two appointments with this company to look at my water heater exhaust near the roof as it is leaking water during precipitation; the first appointment was scheduled for 25 June 2021 between 0900-1100 (I scheduled this early June) and the second appointment on 28 July 2021 between 1500-1700. On 25 June I called the desk after 1100 and I was told that the customer called and canceled the appointment. I didn't call and cancel and I was told that the 'system' said that the appointment was cancelled. So I set up the 28 July 2021 appointment during that phone call on 25 June 2021. I called at 1530 on 28 July 2021 and I was told that the appointment was cancelled. My doorbell rang while I was on the phone with the desk and I said, 'Hey! Maybe that's him!'; the desk said 'Nooo...' and it happened to be Amazon dropping off a package. I told the desk that this was the second consecutive appointment in a row that was cancelled and not because I wanted those appointments cancelled. There was no attempt by the desk to reschedule. And no attempt to reconcile 'cancellations' period. I wanted to inform the desk that maybe others would be impacted by this type of experience and there didn't seem to be an 'ear' to listen to that information. No, I didn't curse or present anger. From the desk point of view, it was a cancelled appointment, nothing else and nothing to see here. It pains me to write this review since this company converted my house from LP to natural gas in 2018 in a very professional manner. I recently experienced very unprofessional service with my appointments in two ways. First, they should have told me that they didn't want my business. They wasted my time. Second, don't blame the customer for cancelled service when I clearly needed it. That's why I'm writing this review.

Excellent service all the way around, from the owner to entire staff. They know how to deal with both newer and older systems (and humidifiers). Service technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing and very communicative. Highly recommend.
