It was a pleasure working with Brent. He came out quickly and scheduled the repair for the following week. He provided an accurate estimate. He kept me informed along the way as he encountered several air conditioner issues, which were hidden until he began the repairs. Highly Recommended!

Our tech asked about our issues and fully inspected our system. Although it is an older system, he did not try to upsell us on expensive upgrades. He found a small leak in the system, suggested a sealant to add with the Freon and had us back up and running quickly. Very fair pricing. I would call Berg again!
I can't say enough about the service of this business as Mr. Berg came the day my A/C went out. He diagnosed the problem of my motor failing after 23 yrs. service. He researched to find a competitive price for replacement. He put me ahead of a traveling job today to install the new motor since it is going to hit 90 degrees today. If you ever need service for your A/C or Heating please don't hesitate to call them.
Brent very communicative before showing up as well as all throughout the visit to check up on our AC system. He obviously knows the ins and out of residential HVAC and was both truthful and thorough. Definitely worth every penny!

Brent was excellent 👍🏻 Great communication prior to the appointment, punctual, and professional. Very intentional and thorough in his inspection of the system, and took care of some of the little details that either go overlooked or unnoticed entirely, like replacing batteries in the thermostat and sealing the point where hoses enter the house (which the installer neglected to do). Will definitely be using Berg's again for HVAC needs!
