Aaron came out and inspected our AC. He explained the process of what he needed to do. He left to grab the parts, and installed it all within an hour. He cleaned up after himself well enough for me to not notice he was even here. Nowadays others tend to leave a mess behind them. So it was much appreciated that he was cleanly. The company also waives the trip charge for military and veterans, which is also greatly appreciated. Lastly, thank you Wendy for calling back. We will be sure to use this company again and recommend to our friends.
We were having random issues with our heating going out. We would set for a certain temperature and the flame would either go out after 5-10 minutes and restart 2 minutes later or the system would totally lock out with the thermostat thinking its calling for heat, but nothing happening. First time out Dominic came and checked all out and didn't see any issues with the actual parts of the heater. He assumed it was some sort of airflow issue and was able to clean out. A few days later the same issue starting happening and they came back out and Aaron found the issue to be an extremely dirty evaporation coil. Because of the location he felt they would probably have to take it out, redo part of the system to clean it and put all back together. A pretty expensive fix. After this Dominic came back out and said he was going to try and get it cleaned without having to take it out/cut pipes/and put all back together. That's exactly what he did! I'm sure it was alot harder on his body to have to reach into the furnace and get all of that dirt/hair etc out in awkward positions, but that's what he did and it seems to be working like new. Not only did he save me quite a bit of money by doing that, he was professional, friendly, and truly cared to get our issues fixed. This company doesn't try to nickel and dime, they give you the best service and only fix what needs to be done!
Cleaned and got my heater running..
I contacted them through their web page to ask for a call back to get a quote to fix my hot water heater thermostat and they called me within 15 minutes. After explaining the problem with my hot water heater, they scheduled a service call between 2 and 4 explaining that they will call before arriving. At 2:07 they called to say they were on their way. By 3:10, they had diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty parts, and had completed the invoice and payment process. Amazingly fast response, courteous service, and very professional. Highly recommended.
No wonder they have five stars! They were servicing my neighbors house and I’ve been putting off calling a company so I took it as a sign and asked for a card but they offered to come take a look and in five minutes they had my problem solved and showed me which filters to order for the future. As a first time homeowner I was very appreciative of the time they took to explain what had happened and how to prevent it for the future. Very kind, professional crew. Thank you!!
Without hesitation I highly recommend this business! It is clear that the business owners and employees value their customers and the service they provide. Omar, Aaron, and Dominic were pleasant, professional and super easy to work with the day of install (and leading up to it). They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and they even took extra time after the install to make sure that we understood our new system well before they went home. This company is trustworthy. They won't up sell. They go above and beyond to ensure they do everything right. These guys clearly have integrity and attention to detail. I will use them for any hvac work I need in the future.
I called to set an appointment to look at my ac that was not working. They responded quickly and the technician called and walked us through something we could try on our own to address the problem rather than automatically coming out on a weekend service call. Their honesty and ethics has definitely made them the company I will reach out to in the future and recommend.
Brian is such a honest and good person. Not only did he try and trouble shoot me on the phone (for free) he also was straight forward, on time, professional, and fixed my unit without trying to upsell me for something I did not need. I now have an HVAC guy! I'm recommending them to everyone
We are in a rental house and had guests in town on at 95 degree day and the a/c wasn’t putting out cold air. Brian asked a few simple questions and got us going in the right direction. This summer (2020) Brian helped us to fix our A/C after hours, on a friday, before a holiday weekend, when no one else had appointments for days. He was able to help us over the phone, on the spot while helping another customer, so we could keep our 80+ y.o. in laws, and our disabled child comfortable in the highest heat of the summer. *** UPDATE 2022***Brian did it again! This time our furnace was acting up as the high of the day hit 7 degrees, and he helped us again over the phone and got it back up and running the same day! We have recommended him to so many people and will continue to do so! Thank you! If feels so good to know if we have an issue we have a reliable, friendly, courteous, sensible HVAC expert to help us out! Seriously, just call them!
The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service on the planet!! As a Marine Corps Veteran, I’m all for supporting Veteran owned businesses and this one blew me away!! I was having an issue with a switch and they were able to walk me through what to check over the phone. Do not hesitate to call these guys for any HVAC needs. They’re the best in the business! 1/27/22 I found American Veteran Heating and Air on line, called and Brian answered immediately. I told him I had a problem with my furnace not heating to the temperature set on thermostat. He asked me a few questions and figured what the problem was over the phone. It was very cold out and snowing, he didn't want me to be without heat so he told me over the phone how to fix the simple issue. Brian is awesome in helping me the way he did and saved the day. I would definitely recommend him and this business to anyone and he will have my business in the future.
