Ray was very professional and on time. He did a full run down of my AC and furnace with some very affordable repairs which he did in the spot! Lonnie also came to give my parents home some quotes on plumbing. Very affordable and he was very polite and professional.
My 64 year old boiler finally gave up the ghost and we decided to replace it. I called around and had a number of local contractors come out and quote the work. Altitude came out and beat every estimate and performed the work on time, communicated well and cleaned up after themselves and respected my home. Its never great to have to replace a major component of your home but the relief of finding a company that does quality work at a reasonable price was very real. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any work done be it replacement or maintenance.

Had another company provide a very bogus inspection and recommendation regarding our furnace and AC. Altitude came right over when I called, was very helpful and showed how the first evaluation was suspect to say the least. However, our furnace did need repair. Owner Lonny helped to coordinate our furnace warranty and delivery of the necessary parts from the company. He got us on his schedule for the repair. Tech Ray completed the repair today, punctual and finished in much less time than estimated, resulting in an extremely fair price. Great, honest and responsive company.
This was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and above all honest. This was my first experience with them but they had installed and serviced the water heater in my house before I bought it. As they worked through my issue they determined that it was very likely an issue with the gas company. I will spare you all the details but the approach was thoughtful and considered work that they had done years before. They could have easily pushed for replacing things that were working fine but they were honest. So long as I am in their service area, I will always use them for any services I need that they provide.
When I went into my new home the Air temperature in the house was around 38ﾟF Altitude heating came through and fixed my heat within an hour. They saved my new home and I greatly appreciate their service and professionalism and affordable cost.
Altitude Heat and Air installed a new air conditioning system, serviced an old gas wall heater and cleaned an attic fan in my 1946 home. Lonnie, Nick and Kail were fantastic! The price was reasonable and the work performed was top notch. They even cleaned up when they were done. I can't even express how much I appreciate that!! Five star + service.

We reached out to Altitude Heating & Air because we discovered water at the bottom of our furnace late on a Thursday night. My neighbor recommended Altitude so I called Friday morning and spoke to Jennifer. Despite a full schedule, Jennifer was able to fit us in on Friday afternoon. Nick arrived promptly, confirmed that the condensate pump and line were clogged and resolved the issue. He then performed a whole system check and tuneup, resolved a few other minor issues, provided me with some very helpful tips, and was on his way. I was VERY impressed and will be recommending Altitude to anyone who asked. Fair prices and fantastic service. Thank you!
