This company is great. Very responsive and communication is great. Diego was very proffesional and got the work done in a timely manner and had all supplies on hand. Work was wonderful and I'm back to using my garbage disposal. Thank you and I'll be continuing to use your services in the future.
Very professional and worked us in their schedule very quickly
I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving. I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes. Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.
Alphalete was a pleasure to work with. Had to have the hot water heater replaced in my mother's apartment. It has a smaller access to the crawlspace which caused some issues, but they were still quick to get a special order water heater in. The biggest compliment I can give, was that the plumber Thomas, was phenomenal with mother. They were communicative on the issues, gave several choices for working around them, and got the work done as quickly and painless as they could. They've earned our repeat business.

Great job, I got same day service, problem solved and we have hot water.
I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.
Walter was personable and well-informed, punctual and quick to fix my problem. I have used Alphalete four times in the past three years and the crew there, office to plumbers, has been excellent. 5 stars!

Highly recommend Diego and his team. When a different plumber flaked out on me, Diego stepped up from day one helping me finish my basement bathroom. Can’t thank them enough! They have my business 100%.
We used both the plumbing and heating services. Both technicians were excellent! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time! Got our problems fixed fast. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will definitely call them for future issues.

I have a 20 year old heated flooring system that suddenly stopped working this winter. Bob diagnosed the issues and made the repairs at convenient times for my schedule. My floors are heating nicely once again!
