STAY AWAY. They took a perfect working system and made it worse. I called them to clean the outdoor HVAC unit and he messed with the thermostat, furnace and outdoor unit to where the system stopped working. And to do a diagnostic check that made things worse cost $175…I had to call another company to have them fix it.

Hip Hip Hooray!! AC is fixed!! The last 6 days really hot and uncomfortable!! Up to 90 degrees in the house!! Bassett came out 2 days ago and The Tech Christian said, All this stuff had to be replaced! That would be Thousands of Dollars in repairs! We had All Seasons come out for a Second opinion and turns out that Christian from the Bassett company disconnected wires to many components to claim all this work needed to be done🤨. James from All Seasons fixed Everything in less than an Hour!!! We needed No new parts! James from All Seasons just had to reconnect all the wires that Christian from Bassett pulled!! If you need work done on your AC / furnace Call All Seasons!! They are Professional, on time and do Honest Work!! Thank you James and All Seasons ☺️

Steve did a great job. Big bill but he was very kind to take off about $100. My furnace circuit board went out but steve did great job replacing it. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done and fixed it promptly. Will be staying warm tonight. Thank you!

I called them twice for a repair in my mobile home. I waited for them, twice.No call,no show. When I inquired what the problem was, Steve said somehow the appointments were"lost". I took of time from work to have these repairs done. If they don't want to work on a mobile home, they should state that up front. After this experience with that company, I would rate them a -5 stars.

I've owned my home since new, but as active duty military I only got to live in it for 18 Months before I was sent over seas and have not been station within a 1000 miles since. I rely on professional, transparent service to be able to provide timely and responsive support to my tenant. Today, during a home inspection the technician cited a high CO level. This immediately sent me into emergency response mode. I called many places to get a technician out for emergency service. After many calls to other vendors, i landed on All Season. I explained the situation, and the ladies working not only made my sense of urgency their priority but had a technician onsite within 15 mins! The tech worked with my tenant, inspected all gas appliances, examined the furnace, checked the Carbon monoxide detectors and validated that their was no leak. Thankfully, this was a false alarm, likely caused by the contracted home appraiser's faulty equipment. Being stationed on the east coast this was very calming, and provided reassurance to my tenant as well. The technician called before arrival and during the process. II paid over the phone with the business office. All in all the service as Exceptional. Thank you!

So I'm at Midas getting an oil change and one of your workers comes in to get work done on a van and during a pandemic with a mask mandate he was not wearing a mask. I'll be sure to remember this and never use you or recommend you, so irresponsible! Plate #283-PQW and he is waiting inside without a mask! Horrible!!!!

All Seasons sent a technician to my home to accomplish an AC repair on July 20, 2020. I gave my debit card to the technician to pay my bill for services rendered before he even completed the work. The technician gave my card back and told me that the payment had processed, and he proceeded to fix my AC unit. THREE months later (today, 10/6/2020) I received an email from them (the only correspondence i've ever received) stating that I owe over $500 due to them not processing my payment back in July when they assured me my payment had went through. Their administrators and customer service are obviously disorganized and unprofessional. If you don't want to receive a surprise bill 3-4 months later, avoid using this business.

I recently had a leak that seemed to be coming from my basement AC unit. I called All Seasons since I had excellent service from them in the past. I was concerned that the leak would ruin carpets and walls in the basement. Colleen informed me that they were extremely booked that day but that she would make certain I would get service. She called a couple of times during the day to reassure me that I would get service even if it was after hours. Just as promised, Steve and Terrell came to our house a little after 6 pm and stayed for about 1 1/2 hours until the leak was identified and fixed. What great service by the entire All Seasons team. Thank you.

Technician was great and helped me with all my needs. The downside was it only took an hour and I was charged for an 1hr and a half. It wasn't his choice but someone back at the office that wasn't even there. I don't know if I'll use them again. I believe if the tech says an hour that's what I should be charged.

Quick to respond but watch out for extra charges. They tried to charge an extra hour of service. They also swapped out a thermostat without my permission and claimed it was courtesy fix, free of charge. However, they added an "Administration Fee" of $10, supposedly "charged on all transactions". Disappointing.

We had All Season come to our home to do a yearly check on our heater Nov 2016. They inserted a chimney liner for the exhaust for the heater and a few other things to the tune of 3000+. We went to Az shortly after that and did not use the fireplace at all that winter. Then in Dec 2017 tried to have a fire and the smoke was not going up the chimney. My husband went to clean the fireplace and discovered that when the heater liner was inserted the employee hit the center divider in the chimney and broke loose several bricks, which is now blocking the fireplace vent. They came out and looked and said they didn't do that , it just happens in old chimneys. My husband regularly cleans the chimney and we have never had any problems. Don't ever use this company!! They do not take care of their customers.

I am the facility director for Elbert School. All Seasons has time and again gone out of there way to make sure our air system was repaired quickly. One reason I use them exclusively is because their technicians are always clean and polite. I am careful about any contractors who comes into our building and are around our kids. So for me it is vital that they present themselves and act in a professional manner. I could not recommend them highly enough! Great company and great people! Wayne

Our local business called All Seasons Inc. to come and check/repair our air flow in our office. The office nearest the unit was smoldering hot while the office furthers away was freezing cold which is the opposite of normal air flow. During the first visit the gentleman said he opened and closed dampers based on our complaint. He then told us that our thermostat needed to be replaced. After telling him that we would first see if the damper issue fixed the problem their technician said “well it can probably be fixed with just calibrating it again” which he did but only after we refused to pay for a new one to be installed. The thermostat was reading at a higher temp that it actually was which should have made our office colder not hotter. When the issue was NOT resolved, we called All Seasons and spoke with the owner. We stated at that time that we wanted the gentleman to come back out at no cost since the issue was never resolved during the first visit. The owner is now saying that she said she never agreed to that since he said he had to open the dampers even more to resolve the issue. We were charged for two hours of work for him to open and close dampers in four very small offices. When we called the owner to dispute the charges we were informed that that is not the conversation she recollected and as the owner she didn’t have the time or the inclination to even discuss this so to pay what we wanted and she would take it from there (a veiled threat). We now have purchased a fan for the one hot office because the issue STILL has not been fixed even after the two separate visits. The owner is VERY impolite, unprofessional and does not warranty her technicians work obviously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have money to waste! We are going to have to call another company to actually fix the issue since after two visits; each lasting over two hours each, from All Seasons the problem has not been resolved.
