The guys were super professional. Always knocked before coming in, they put down plastic tarps on your carpets in the stairs and basement. They also got a check up from their supervisor and they cleaned up after themselves very well.
Alan was very professional and informative. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it quickly. Highly recommend!

Air conditioner would work sometimes and sometimes not. I replaced the thermostat and it seemed to work but had A&A for a diagnostic. They were timely, efficient, and curious- all things I greaty appreciate. I love working with them.

A and A professional has been servicing my unit for over 5 years and they come highly recommended . Allen Patterson and Anthony Letteer are knowledgeable in HVAC and knew right away what was wrong with my AC/Furnace unit. Take advantage of the yearly service they offer. With today's climate and weather uncertainties, I'm not taking any chances.

It took some time to get an appointment. I reached out twice in their website requesting a quote. I did not hear back either time. After two weeks I finally called them. First appt was cancelled and had to reschedule. They came out today and everything checked out. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again.
Awesome job from the day I bought from them. Recently had Phillip come by and troubleshoot an issue, this was my first time using my A/C since buying it in Oct. Phillip was on time, professional and just an overall cool guy. If you use A&A and get him, you know you are in good hands! Updated Review- I've used A&A over the past three years for my A/C and furnace maintenance. I had Alan Patterson come out today, and he was nothing but professional. This place has taken care of me, but the level of professionalism I've encountered is amazing!
As always, A&A Professional's nailed it. Alan came to assess the options for a possible new air filter system. He provided me the options including one that would cost me nothing. Keep up the great work you guys do through professionalism, knowledge and integrity.
Alan and his team do excellent work. They installed our AC systems into our builder -installed forced-air furnaces including the exterior compressor units 10 years ago. During their most recent visit they completed a spring inspection and tune up. They discovered, diagnosed, and fixed an issue in under an hour (a loose wire). Our systems work great every cooling/pollen/smoke season.
The technician that showed up at my house was very professional on time and very courteous. He performed the service on my AC unit and it was up and running in no time I would use A&A professional heating for all my needs, air conditioning and furnace.

I had my new heating and air conditioning system from A&A Professional H&C A few years ago. They have been an excellent company and have been responsive, professional, reasonably priced, kind and attentive-on a scale on 1-10 I would give them a 10.
I will be using A&A Professional Cooling and Heating for all my maintenance and repairs going forward. Everyone was very nice and professional. They were able get me in right away and explained everything they were doing and what they found. So happy I called them.

The designer of our gas/heat pump hybrid furnace system Evan was extremely knowledgeable. He made sure that we were getting the properly sized units for our home and included using the best units from multiple manufacturers. Our installer John was highly skilled and insured that everything was working properly. This is a well run company. We were highly satisfied by our installation including our interactions with the company owner.
