They showed up promptly on the scheduled install date, workers were friendly, professional, and fast.. Owner stopped by to inspect their work when they neared completion.. Upstairs AC has been great ever since..

The staff arrived within the scheduled time range I was given. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He gave me the cost up front for approval before doing the work and discussed all options with me. Very courteous and efficient. I had a wonderful experience!!

Staff came and installed my AC in no time, he was really nice and knowledgeable and had everything he needed in his tool kit, which I actually have found is a rare quality in services.. They did fix a wire that was loose in the outside unit as well. We were only charged a cheap price and they left letting us know that if we continued to have problems after fixing the thermostat, they would come back out at no charge. What a breath of fresh air with a repair company!! We will be using them for all of our AC needs!!
