So glad my realtor referred me to Jeison at TICO HVAC. He is so personable and professional and everyone should support his small business! Gives very reasonable estimates and is transparent with pricing. He was so flexible in making a last minute appointment for me on a holiday week. Planning to tell everyone I know to call him for their HVAC issues!!!!
Our HVAC quit just as the summer heat started. The team was super responsive, evaluated and fixed the problem quickly, and tested the system for any side-effects or hidden issues. I was especially impressed with their clear explanations about the source of the problem and long-term solutions—both what might need fixing and what we shouldn't bother spending money on. Super professional, and take pride in their work.

Jeison Miranda is AMAZING!! I emailed him late in the day and he responded so quickly and I explained my problem and he offered to be at my home in a hour from then! He showed up and was so friendly and professional. He explained everything in great detail and fixed the problem so fast! He even recommended things to help prevent it from happening again. I will NEVER go to anyone else again for any HVAC needs. EVERYONE who needs any help in this area should ONLY call him! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! The VERY best!!!
Ricardo from TICO HVAC did regular maintenance and cleaning on our HVAC System today. He did a thorough job, explaining his work and sending photos. He ended adjusting our thermostat. We were pleased with this company.
Two things before I comment on the work: (1) I’m an M.I.T. Graduate w/ a MechE degree (2) I rarely do reviews unless the the work is exceptional. TICO HVAC did a whole house furnace & air-conditioner replacement along with a water heater upgrade on our property. Their entire operation is 1st class. Their work quality and attention to detail is exceptional. Their choice and recommendations for equipment manufacturers is spot on. They are state of the art in everything they recommend and do. They take extreme pride in their work , show up on time and don’t leave until the job is done. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They have a customer for life from us. If you need HVAC work done I would highly recommend you give them a call.
I don't believe I can find a more knowledgeable outfit with better service who always arrive right when they say they're going do. I plan on using Tico for any home I own while I live in the Denver area
Replaced fan motor on A/C unit. Came same day as contacted, secured parts, etc., and fixed it the following morning. Cost was very reasonable and Ricardo was friendly, professional, and quick. A+!!
5 Star Experience from Jeison and the team over at Tico HVAC. Recently had an AC installed and I was beyond impressed with how fast and professional this whole process was. I would highly recommend!
The city inspector just left and was clearly impressed, saying "You can just see quality work right away, they did a fantastic job, I hope you're happy with them". Besides doing the invisible work perfectly, Jeison took extreme care in our home during a weeklong new AC and ductwork install, preserving ceiling wallpaper, placing vents thoughtfully, and always leaving the house clean at the end of the day. Incredible service & value.
I’ve used Ticohvac several times now - for water heater and furnace replacement, and duct and vent cleaning. Very professional, responsive and fairly priced.
4/2023 - Update: Friendly, trustworthy, professional, and fantastic response time. Wanted to add another review after my second experience with Tico/Jeison and a furnace repair. He helped teach me a few things to keep an eye on since it's about ready to need to be replaced, but to help keep it going as long as possible. I recommend him to all of my real estate clients with 100% confidence. 6/2022 - Hands down the best HVAC company around! Jeison is trustworthy and reliable and responds quickly. He fixed my A/C unit quickly and was very reliably priced. Not only that but I had Covid when he came to repair and had to communicate over text and have my kids let him in. He was extremely professional, polite with my kids, and did amazing work.

Jeison and his mighty crew are among the friendliest, hard working gentlemen that we've experienced in a long time. They are kind, thoughtful, responsive, trustworthy, and respected our home the way they would their own. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves leaving our utility room cleaner than they found it....A bonus is that they are great with pets, too. Ticohvac ROCKS!
My furnace start making a loud noise, I start looking and was lucky to be able to find Tico from google maps. He came and was able to identify the problen and replace the Replace the blower motor wheel. Very good price and good work. Highly recommended.
Jeisen and Ricardo installed a whole home humidifier for us. They were on time, professional, and explained the process to us clearly. The unit is working as they described. We plan to continue to use TICO HVAC for our regular maintenance in the future
Our furnace stopped working over night. I gave Tico a call based on positive reviews from Nextdoor. Jeison called me back with 15 min, came to our house a few hours later to check out our furnace. He was able to diagnoses it quickly, had the necessary part in his truck and had it up and working in no time. Great communication, very reasonably priced and just super friendly. We are considering changing out our furnace, water heater and a/c. He gave me a lot of information to look into and did not seem pushy in the slightest. Overall just an excellent experience. I highly recommend Tico HVAC!
I can't say enough great things about Jeison. His responsiveness and dedication to getting the job done not only quick but meticulously efficient is something you don't see often these days. 5 stars across the board!
