My AC unit had a refrigerant leak that would cause the unit to need recharging after 2+ cooling seasons. I called Sid and he came over as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He has extensive experience, common sense and is honest. I would highly recommend Sanchez Mechanical for your HVAC repairs and service.
Sid and his crew were super knowledgeable and professional. They were able to diagnose our issue and repair quickly. We will certainly use them for our yearly maintance going forward.
We used Sanchez Mechanical to replace our furnace and AC. They were very responsive (same day) when responding to our requests for a quote and then were able to install the system the next day (due to a cancelation). Sid explained everything we needed and was affordable. We had some minor leaking and they were out the next day to fix it. We also used Sanchez Mechanical to replace our hot water heater a week later (it was a rough two weeks). They were fast, professional, and fair. We will definitely use them in the future.
Great experience when it all went to s**t ... hot water heater failed and the next day the furnace is blowing cold air. Being below zero outside this was an issue. Called Sanchez Mechanical, was at the house within the hour and able to get us a reasonable quote to get it all going again. Sid's employees are curteous and respectful. Quality installation along with lots of advise to avoid future problems. Thank you Sid.

Sid (Sanchez Mechanical) is the BEST he came highly recommended on Next Door and they were right. He came out less than 2 hours from when I called. He arrived and was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes when another company failed to diagnose it. We had a stuck gas valve which he was able to fix all this for no charge. I highly recommend calling Sanchez Mechanical for your HVAC needs.
There is no one else I would trust with furnace issues! I called Sid on a Sunday morning after finding our furnace quit working. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes of speaking to him. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Sid is honest, reliable and takes the time to explain exactly what is involved in the repair. I had a problem with my furnace coming on so I called and scheduled Sid to come and see what the problem was. As busy as he was he was so kind to take the time and come and check it out. He knew the problem within about 2 minutes and got it taken care of immediately. I appreciate his honesty, his promptness and his knowledge. My furnace was out. It is an older furnace and I was thinking I was going to have to replace the whole system. My neighbors recently had their HVAC replaced and highly recommended I contact Sid at Sanchez. He fit me into his schedule right away, showed up on time. He found the issue immediately, was honest, fast and efficient but took the time to explain the details to me. Will definitely be my go to HVAC guy in the future.
Our AC condenser fan quit working. Sid told us that cottonwood fibers had collected up on the cooling fins and the unit was not cooling because of this. He said the coolant was also low. He recommended we not put any more money into this unit, since it had run for 19 years and was worn out. He gave us a good price for a complete HVAC replacement. We were fortunate he had a cancellation and was able to install the complete system the very next day. He also fixed an issue we had been having with 2 upper bedrooms not getting enough air-flow. He created a scoop to re-direct air into the duct leading to the upstairs bedrooms. This solved the problem, the rooms are getting much cooler now, even on hot days. We appreciate the fast and thorough service he gave us.
I have found my HVAC person! Sid came to my house on the weekend and repaired my furnace quickly and professionally. He explained things along the way and the furnace works better than it ever has! Very honest and lots of integrity. He charged me way less than half of what another company quoted me.
Our A/C went out on a Saturday and I waiting until Monday to call Sid. He came out with in two hours and told me the bad news that the condenser was shot. He didn’t charge me for the initial visit. I decided to replace the entire heating and A/C unit given the system was 18 year old and rusty. Sid and Todd did a great job. They were professional, timely, honest, and quick. Our AC quit working on us a few days ago. I called Sid yesterday and he was able to come out this morning and take a look. (Other businesses were booked way out). He talked me through everything and all possible scenarios, then tried replacing a piece he had in his van and it worked! He saved us so much money and wouldn’t charge us for the part! I’m forever grateful for him and thankful I used a local business. Sid is honest and will be our go-to guy now!
Sid installed a new air conditioner in my home. He was there within and hour when I called with a broken air conditioner. Installed a new one the next day. Very professional, on-time, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this company for HVAC repair. My AC stopped working about 11:30 in the morning.I texted my name and address to Mr Sanchez per his request. He arrived at my home just before noon and evaluated the problem. He returned to his shop and made the repair that was needed. he returned to my home and installed the new parts. The job was completed before 2:00! My HVAC system is 14yrs old and I was expecting to have to replace it. Mr Sanchez is professional, skilled and honest.
Sid came to my rescue when my air conditioner went out during a hot period -- not to mention, when I had out of town guests. He was kind and quickly resolved the problem. When it's time to replace my A/C and furnace in the next year or two, he'll be my first call.
You know when your AC stops working and it is 85+ outside and your house is HOT and then you realize you need a repair person you can TRUST…and the search is on. Sid was absolutely amazing!! He came out on Fathers Day and helped me get A/C up and running. It took him no more than 15 min!!! Thank you Sid! I HIGHLY recommend Sid for any HVAC issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will clearly make himself available to help anyone out.
DO NOT USE SANCHEZ MECHANICAL!!!!! I called Sid last weekend to schedule an appt for my air conditioning. He said he could not come until Monday because he was extremely slammed which was understandable. In the meantime, he did some troubleshooting over the phone and even sent a electrician to my home to fix the electrical part of the problem. After that part was fixed the electrician said Sid would be calling me to schedule, which he didn't. So I called him on Tuesday to confirm that he spoke with the electrician and to see when he could come out. He said he did and said that he couldnt make it to my home until Thursday or Friday. He told me the part that I needed and said for me to have my husband fix it and he would check for other issues when he was out. I didnt get the part because I am a single mom and thought I’d wait until Thursday or Friday to have it professionally fixed. I called him again Wednesday to confirm that I was still on the schedule for Thursday or Friday and he was extremely rude!! He said, “didnt I tell you to have your husband fix it? I told you what part to buy!” I replied, “I dont have a husband, I am a single mom.” He then replied, “ you don’t have a boyfriend? Or a dad or a brother? Call me at 4p to get you on the schedule.” I hung up in disbelief. I couldnt believe how I was being treated. All I wanted from the beginning was an appointment to get my A/C fixed. I wasnt trying to cut corners or repair it on my own. It is extremely heart breaking that Sid would be so disrespectful and treat not only a woman like this, but a single mom. I DO NOT recommend Sanchez Mechanical whatsoever!!! Its obvious they dont value women!
