Had them out to install a heat pump after our swamp cooler died. Kimm was very helpful, answering all the questions I had about the system. Conner, Beck, Miles, Nate, and Colin were all fantastic. The communication was excellent, everyone was professional and courteous, and the place was left neat and tidy.

Kappler did a great mini-split A/C installation for us. They started and finished the project on time. They communicated patiently and thoroughly about all aspects of the project. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. And the system works great.
Very knowledgeable and professional company. Did more than what was required. Even hung out for awhile to make sure everything was running perfectly. Replaced my Evaporative Cooler.

Ulises and Nick were friendly, knowledgeable and professional for our A/C repair as well as our heating system repair/maintenance. We will call Kappler again the next time we have an issue.
Put in a service request on Sunday night and Ulises was out on Tuesday morning. He was thorough, clean and very communicative on what was wrong. Once he was able to get parts, he fixed the problem in a quick manner.

Very impressed with Beck and Miles experience and professional demeanor in installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They were on time and focused installing the units. The also cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how the units worked and how to set the new thermostat. A wonderful experience.

I vetted three other HVAC companies in my search for reputable companies. Kappler Mechanical was outstanding, not only responding to my email inquiry but short lead time in having Brent come out to evaluate the application of mini system. The highlight though was went Brent hooked me up with the contact information to apply for United Power Rebate. Ulises was a great technician...he was informative and courteous and I was thrilled that he was the same tech who handled our maintenance almost 3 years ago.
Very professional and knowledgeable. The tech cleared the condensing unit location more thoroughly than was necessary for installing the unit which saved me a boatload of time. They went the extra mile to route the long run of refrigerant lines in an aesthetically pleasing fashion.
Come and listen to a story about a 70s ranch, With hot water heat, cooling didn't stand a chance. Last summer it was hot and we wanted to stay cool, And our research said Mitsubishi heat pumps rule. Mini-splits that is... Hyper-heat... Best in class. Well the next thing we knew Kappler's team was on the job. A bunch of folks showed up, a real installation mob. They were fast, they were careful and they knew just what to do. And in two days time we said 'bye' to all the crew. Neat and tidy it is... Great work... Not dreading summer. Now we would like to thank the folks at Kappler Mechanical. To Brent, Alex, Adrian and names I can't recall. The job you did was awesome, you were careful, you were kind. I call them after another company messed up. This serviceman fixed the problem and explained everything including showing me photos. I highly recommend them.
