I contacted Tommy's Total Heating and Cooling Repair on a Monday evening regarding maintenance on my unit and scheduled my appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He recommended a repair that I will need in the future, so that I would not be surprised. I was so impressed with his customer service that I set up a maintenance plan with him. I highly recommend his service. I will definitely be a returning customer.
The technician was highly competent and thorough. On the coldest day of the year, he went above and above to make sure that our house was adequately warm. We heartily endorse their offerings!

I am genuinely sad to have to leave a mediocre review for this company because my experience started out so positive, but things went downhill from there. Our furnace was cycling so we asked them to come check it out. They were prompt, honest, and pleasant. They explained that the part we need to replace was going to be about $1000 and would take weeks to get in stock due to COVID or they could install a new furnace the next day for $4000. Our furnace was already 15 years old and we didn't want our kids to freeze for weeks so we opted for the new furnace. I was incredibly impressed when the next day they told me that the furnace I had requested wasn't available after all, but they would give me a better furnace for the same price to honor their commitment. A new person came out to install the furnace. I think it was harder to get into our small space than he anticipated because even though he was super pleasant, the work was shoddy. The connection between the furnace and ducts was so terrible/loose that tons of hot air was blowing out of the furnace closet and the house wouldn't get warm. I let them know and they sent someone else out to try to fix it. He tried to seal of the leaks/gaps with some special tape and cement-looking material, but it didn't hold and the problem persisted because the initial connection was just so bad. They sent out the original installer again and he was super apologetic and pleasant and fixed the problem adequately so I was ready to leave it at that. Here we are 4 months later and we tried to turn on our AC only to discover that when they had taken out all of the wiring to install the new furnace, they hadn't hooked the AC back up. My husband looked at it but didn't know enough to feel comfortable wiring it back up himself, so I called the on 4/5 to let them know. They said they would assign someone to come back out and fix the oversight. By 4/12 I hadn't seen or heard from anyone so I called again. They told me that was unusual and they
Max came out today on a routine servicing of my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable, honest and professional.He was also very polite and friendly. He went beyond our expectations. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend this company. They came to our rescue as a small business when our air conditioning quit during a heat wave. They came sooner than the competition and for a better price. Max was very professional and did a great job. He showed me the parts that were not working properly . Best of all, he fixed a duct issue that three other companies told me couldn't be fixed; I now have a cooler/warmer bedroom.
