I was extremely impressed by how diligently and thoroughly you tracked down the difficult source of a leak under our swamp cooler. It could have been a lot of different things but you systematically eliminated them until you found the solution. And the price was reasonable! Thank you!

Update: I like to give credit where it's due, a day after my review I was called by a customer support agent who advised that they would make sure my issue was resolved. They offered to credit me the $1000 and deal with Xcel on their own time which was a perfect resolution for me. I just had to have a tech come check out my system once more (Got to see Jack again, great tech) and fill out another rebate form. I've raise my rating as a result of this quick response. I'm still keeping one star as interest on my rebate ;) ----------- I wish I could leave a 5 star, initially I had a really good experience with this company. Last year our AC took it's last breath, I had another company come out and tell me it was dead, then I had Done come out for a second opinion as well as a second quote. I also had one other quote during this time for a full system replacement. They were all pretty close in price, but Done had them beat by just enough since they were doing a rebate of $1000. I'd also like to point out the rep for Done was much better at explaining the systems and benefits. So, 3-4 days of shopping and I settled with Done, about a week later I got my system installed in a single day. Great work, it's working great still. My problem is that it's a year later and I have still yet to receive my $1000 rebate. I've called 6+ times and emailed. Initially I chose to have it credited to my electric bill, and after 4-5 calls was informed they're having issues with Xcel crediting people, so I say "No worries, I honestly just want a check at this point" I was told they'd have to get the approval of the finance.. or accounting team or some other.. that was several months ago and I've heard nothing, received nothing. At this point I've just accepted a $1000 loss, which ironically was the reason I went with Done in the first place. It feels like a bait and switch, I'm sure it's not malicious but I just don't know how something like that falls through the cracks.
I had an AC leak which Charlie was sent to check out. He was great and very knowledgeable. He even answered questions that were unrelated to my call. These are my go to guys when I have plumbing/Hvac issues.
Chad came out right away on a holiday and fixed the pressure release valve in the crawl space. He did it a timely manner and was up-front about everything. He also gave us a new lever to turn the water on and off for the house. Thank you Chad with Done Plumbing.
Wayne Mallard repaired our air conditioner. He is a very knowledgable and professional. He took the time to explain everything to us including options for replacing the whole system in the future if necessary. We highly recommend Wayne.
My go-to guys. Came out and fixed a leak in the drain line from our kitchen sink, had to cut into the ceiling below as well as the back panel of my sink cabinet. They came the next day after I called them and did a great job. I’d recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work.
These guys were awesome. I came home to a huge leak flooding my basement and gave them a call and seriously had a plumber there in 45 min. He found the problem which wasn't a easy one to fix and got the main shut off and repaired and then started on the original leaking problem. He was in and out in about 4 hours. I would use them again.
Vincent was amazing! He arrived on time and within and hour of calling in to request an appointment. He explained that everything to me and was professional as well as friendly. I highly recommend!

James was outstanding as we had a faucet that kept having issues and it turned out we needed to swap the entire thing out. James was patient, when the extra mile and showed up early for the follow up appt once we received parts.
Broken pipe fixed quick. No drama and great service. Plumber was professional. The challenge was the cost. However, the quality of service offset the price.

Our technician was Roscoe T. and he did a great job, he explained everything and gave us options. He was nice and professional. It was a little pricey but we have 1 year warranty with them and the new faucet he installed has life time guarantee.
Justin F. came out to check some outlets that were not working and replace a light fixture. While he was here in took a look at our very old breaker box and informed us that replacing it sooner rather than later is highly recommended. Huge fan of Justin, he was not a sales man. He is very knowledgeable in his field. My husband and I are very curious people, I highly respect anytime a professional is willing to explain in depth what the issue we are dealing with is. We had our water heater break down early one night and Done was able to get us scheduled for the first appointment the following day. Charlie responded and was not only extremely professional and polite, but he was very honest and sincere with the situation. Updates and photos were provided during the entire time he was here to make sure there were no surprises. What is great about Done is that they carry new parts and water heaters on their truck, so it was installed the same day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and fair experience for any of their issues. I know I will be calling them for anything else that may arise.
