I had a big name company provide an outrageous quote on refilling the refrigerant on my AC & furnace cleanup but Casey did everything for a fraction of the cost. Casey of Dad's Heat and AC was fantastic today. Scheduling was easy and the communication (automated and personal) around the appointment was excellent. Casey was at the house in the scheduled time window and was super friendly and pleasant from the get go. Casey got right to work diagnosing the issue I had and found the problem in short order. We chatted while he worked and he was happy to explain what he was doing and checking. He found the problem, had the needed part, and got it installed and tested quick and efficient. From previous experience with HVAC companies, I was braced for the hard sell on replacing the whole furnace and AC system but Casey was happy to fix the issue I was having today and then give me some hard data about how the system was performing and his assessment of the life left in the system. NO upsell pressure. I will be calling Casey again for any future problems and he will be getting my business when the system is ready for replacement. We have used Dad’s multiple times and never have been disappointed. He has taken care of us right away and is always responsive when we reach out. We truly appreciate everything he has done. I will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs help with their AC or furnace.
Casey is by far one of the most professional people I've delt with since becoming a home owner. He's not only super quick, he's clean, and actually takes the time to talk with you so you understand things. I found him by chance last year when my heater went out and Casey went above and beyond to help me get it fixed before the snow started falling. Casey was on time personable and explained a lot of technical HVAC stuff I would have no clue about on a normal day. He helped conduct warranty inspection inspection on my AC/ HVAC I will definitely recommend him for all your AC needs.

The owner Casey did an outstanding job installing a new furnace and A/C system! I got multiple estimates and his price was also very good. I really appreciated his great communication, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make the installation smooth and of excellent quality. During and after the initial estimate, he took the time to explain the options but never tried to up-sell me or push more expensive equipment the way the bigger companies tend to do. We are very happy and I certainly recommend Dad's! Also, he is listed as a quality installer with Xcel which qualifies the equipment for any applicable rebates.

Casey is super knowledgable, friendly, easy going and professional. He explains the process and answers all your questions and concerns before hand and during the install. He helped us through the whole process of what system to get and we ended up getting a Amana 97% Efficient 100K Btu Furnace with VFD Blower package, a heat pump, a humidifier, and Nucleon I-Wave (first self-cleaning, no maintenance needlepoint bi-polar ionization generator designed specifically for treating air in residential duct A/C system). We love our new upgrade and would highly recommend Dad’s heating and AC for all our heating and AC needs. It's hard to find good people to do the job and Casey is the best!
