I had RBM come in to do a routine maintenance on the HVAC and water heater systems on a house I recently bought. They were very professional, completed an additional repair I had requested, and provided valuable insight and advice on my utilities and appliances. Look forward to having them out again next year!
Unethical. I'm a veteran and was taken by this company. I had already diagnosed my furnace problem, had been without heat for 7days prior to calling this company. Was charged $255.00, after a $20 "veteran discount" for..wait for it!!..a flame sensor "cleaning"!!.And the furnace still did not work!.also same HVAC contractor tried to charge me $165.00 for a $12.00 part on Amazon. If you are reading this honest review, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

To be clear, I never paid them for any service, but I got great advice and expertise (over the phone) that allowed me to fix my air conditioner myself. I am so impressed with their honesty that I felt compelled to write a review. So, my ac wasn't getting cold. Fans worked, filters were clean, but compressor wouldn't turn on. Replaced the capacitor, still no good. Was convinced that the compressor was bad and called them about replacing it. Was expecting them to say that it would be $3000, and take 2 weeks to fix. Instead, they told me that I should install a 521 hard start kit, first ($40 on Amazon). I did, and it works perfectly. I've been burned many times by repair people, so much so, that I usually go to youtube before calling anyone. I was just very surprised that they didn't try to cash in on a desperate situation. If the compressor does go out in the future, these guys will easily be my choice!
I had my AC unit go out one day while I was at work. I called to see if they could come out and look at my unit. I was expecting to be told that it would be several days before someone could come out to look at it, and to my surprise they told me that they could be out the next day. When they came out to look at my unit they were completely honest with me when it came to letting me know what was wrong with it. Needless to say the AC unit needed to be replaced since it was so old along with the furnace. They had a new AC unit and furnace installed in less than a week from when they came out to look at it. They were very professional and very knowledgeable of the product that they were installing. I would recommend them to anyone that I know that needs AC or heating work done.
So I love giving a good referral when its due. My tenants called because the AC wasn't working so I went out to check it out. Its under warranty so I called the first name listed on the AC company website ON A SUNDAY EVENING. I got Taufiq with RBM HVAC. This dude walked me right through fixing it myself and had a great sense of humor throughout. Zero charge. I called him the next day and asked him to come look at the hot water heater at my other house and he took one quick look and said, your hot water heater is fine, needs to be drained and refilled, I'll go ahead and do that now for $90. Boom. Done. So give Tafiq at RBM HVAC a call next time you have an HVAC need!
Very please with the service provided by Royal Bengal Maintenance-HVAC at our condo. They arrived within the time frame and soon found a wiring mistake made by another company, and a damaged wire on the outside going to the AC. They were very knowledgeable and professional during the entire repair process. Also, i have a better understanding of our AC set up from them. The cost was reasonable. If needed, i will certainly use this company in the future.
This company was a lifesaver in a pretty sticky situation. Our AC completely broke, and we have an infant. We called this company, and they able to assess the situation the same day. Taufiq and Raja were professional, efficient, and personable. They took our situation and questions seriously, and were able to completely replace our AC faster than we anticipated. We highly recommend this company! Bonus: our generally protective dogs warmed up to them quickly which made the process much easier for us because instead of having to hold our dogs back or kennel them in an already hot house, they were able to go in and out of our house as needed with dogs that were happy to see them. In this case, both big and small things make us know we will exclusively continue to work with this company for all our AC needs.

They saved the day!! We called one evening at 6:30 because our furnace was blowing cool air. They quickly scheduled us for the next day, kindly working around our schedule. Raja beat me home and was ready to get to work. He explained to me what he was doing and the results of the tests he ran. He was extremely patient and kind. I found him so trustworthy, I left him at our home when I had to get back to work. He was understanding, texted me picture of his progress and politely locked up, confirming when he left. HIGHLY recommend!! Extremely trustworthy and excellent service!!

They are punctual, the owner is honest about what you do or don't need, explains the job, does very tidy work with no messes left behind and completes the paperwork to activate the manufacturer's warranty for you. Call these guys ... they'll do the job right.
Taufiq, at Royal Bengal, has been wonderful to work with. We have a property management company and also sell real estate. He has helped on rental properties and homes for sale with repairs on HVAC equipment and has installed new entire systems as well. He is very knowledgeable and quickly responds to requests. Great honest company, they installed the HVAC system in my home and serviced in my business.
The best ac experience ever! After having three big ac shops come by and all say I needed a new expensive unit, Taufiq came over checked out my ac unit, added some coolant and made it as good as new. No need to replace it if all it needs is a tune up. The big AC companies want to pitch new equipment and make a ton of money but if it ain’t broke don’t get sucked into thier game.
