Colin with ARS was very knowledgeable, professional, and reviewed our AC with us in a way I could understand. He offered options for filters but was not pushy at all. He was punctual and very nice!

the gentlemen that came out got here early which is a plus, they made sure to put down floor protection so as they were walking and moving things in and out it wasn't damaged. they were courteous, polite and down. they explained what they were doing and explained how to use the smart thermostat. they cleaned up afterwards and stayed to make sure all was up and running and in good order before leaving.
Prompt and excellent service from this company. The representative who came to my home provided helpful advice in selecting a replacement for my hot water heater, and at a very competitive price. My problem was solved the same day, it was a very good experience in a vexing situation ( no hot water!)
This was my second time using ARS Rescue Rooter for plumbing and they were, again, awesome to work with. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered solutions that could help bring the price down on my fix. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

2nd time I called, changed appointment after I waited 2 1/2 hours to the next week, today no show, called put me on hold hung up, no follow up, will not be a repeat customer. James is gone. Calvin you know my # call me if you want to talk!!!!!! James was polite and knowledgeable .
Do not use ARS Rescue Rooters electricians. The picture below will show how they installed the electrical for my air conditioner, when we have an electrical subpannel right next to the heating and air units in the house that they refused to use.
They replaced my AC/HVAC system very quickly while maintaining high quality. Everything was explained to me very well on all the work done and where to go from here on activating my warranty, etc.
Price is fantastic, but Aaron, our representative—he was outstanding. Our pipes are a disaster. We need emergency help, and Aaron took such phenomenal care of us. He was kind, conscientious, and he really went above and beyond. As a newly single mom, I was out of my depth, but Aaron new exactly what to do, and he fixed an additional problem I’ve needed fixed for years. I’m so grateful. Thank you.
Since I bought this furnace and ac from this company, I’ve had nothing but issues. Every time someone comes out here, I get told a different solution to the same problem. For example, when the furnace was installed, I was told to place the filter in on an angle. Now they’re saying it should have been flush and that’s why I am having issues. I had someone come out this winter because I couldn’t get my home above 62 degrees. I was told it was because the installers had only set the furnace up as a single cycle instead of 2 cycle so that should fix it. Never said anything about the filter position. Now when my AC was freezing up, I was told it was because a bunch of dog hair had gotten into the coils because the filter wasn’t placed correctly and that is the reason my heat wasn’t working this winter. I spent $13,000 on my furnace and AC with them and it’s only 3 years old and yesterday I had to pay $600 to fix it again? I find it to be really convenient that my 3 year labor warranty just expired this may and now I’m given a $600 bill. I wouldn’t have bought my furnace and AC with this company had I known this is how they operate. I would not recommend this company.
The man that came and help us, believe his name was Collin and he was so nice and professional. He answered what whatever questions I had and was so knowledgeable. It was a great experience.
He brought out a little toy that went down a couple feet. I've never seen a professional with Is unprofessional tools. I would put a picture but this site does not allow you to. And they charge you the professional rate of a plumber.
We met a nice man at a big box hardware store who scheduled a service appointment with ARS for our home HVAC system. They missed their 4-hour service window. So, we rescheduled the appointment for two days later and were promised the first appointment of the morning. They missed that 2-hour window as well and never called to tell us they were going to be late.
Colin from ARS plumbing service very experienced, professional at communicating and thorough in service of my AC tune-up, humidifier cleaning (+ filter service). He picked up on problems with fan blade in AC unit being backwards and outside protector plate misaligned plus humidifier pipe going to wrong direction to facilitate proper drainage.
I have a call into Lowe’s. I booked this company through Lowe’s. I took a half a day off of work to be here. I was told there was no charge. They tried to charge me $99 to come out then they said they would waive the fee. Then they went on to say it would be approximately $800 to put Freon in the AC unit. CROOKS!!!
Tom Longstreath was great. Polite, efficient, thank full that I had put something down in the crawl space to keep him out of the mud. And they pulled him from somewhere to come make an emergency repair replacement of a broken pressure regulator.
We had a sewer main line problem at midnight during a 3 day weekend. Andre was out here the next morning, and when it became clear a more extensive job than just a snake was needed, they had us permitted, booked, and the job done in 4 days. I watched most of the work, and these guys know what they’re doing, communicate well, and are professional and friendly. You might or might not find a cheaper service, but if you want your plumbing working, and want it done fast, these guys get it done right. Highly recommend!
The initial quote was over double what I ultimately paid. if it wasn’t for the price matching, I would have went somewhere else. I had to work with Home Depot to fix the financing that was incorrectly set up at the time of purchase. it took a number of phone calls to get an appointment scheduled for a tech to come out and remediate issues identified by the inspector. on the day of the appointment the tech missed the appointment and i had to call to get someone to come out at 4:30 PM (orig apt window was 8:00-10:00 AM). The one positive of this experience was the techs themselves. they were very pleasant answered all my questions and were easy to work with. overall not an experience i would recommend.
This is by far the worst company I have ever used. Swamp cooler installed incorrectly 4 days ago. Numerous calls to ARS, they either did show up or changed times with no warning. Have spent the last week waiting for them to show up and fix. Finally spoke to a manager and installer showed up within 30 minutes. This company was recommended by Home Depot, I will never use this company again, and definitely do not recommend them.
