My technicians came on time and explained to me all that they were doing. They corrected a total of 8 different sections of burst pipe and worked hard the whole time they were here. I was favorably impressed and have an apptmt. set up for them to come back and do some other plumbing task for me.

The repairman was polite, professional, on time and worked well. The only drawback to the fix was the time to schedule, parts not available when needed and having to reschedule the final repair. The job done and the person doing the project were terrific!
This winter we had an trouble with our heat and after a referral from some friends we contacted Longs. Best decision ever! They were respectful and courteous and resolved our issue. So thankful for this local company. You can depend on Longs to keep you warm and cozy.
Showed up on time, replaced my water pressure regulator and the isolation ball valve. Previous tech from another company was only going to replaced the regulator even tho the valve looked heavily corroded. Dominick was professional, respectful and worked fast.
From begin to finish, Tom and Tyrone treated our house like their own. professional and nice young men. The second team were equally professional. Ben, Cooper, Cristian were efficient, professional and patient in all aspects of service. impressed with our work experience. Just found my forever work team!

Nicolas did an wonderful task checking my system and making sure was working on point. My humidifier system was out of work for years and he made it work again. He was polite and respectful.
We had a blocked drain. Tans G was able to have someone here in half the time (days) it was taking else. The repairman was personable professional and explained well what he was going to check out and how he would do his work. He even invited me to watch. Couldn’t have had a better experiences
Did an outstanding task installing a new heater and new duct work. I was amazed at the detail and job put into installing our new Lennox system. It took a good 10 to 11 hours to install, unlike the previous service company did when they installed a Lennox system in less than 3 hours. These guys can be trusted to do the job right.
The guy that arrived out to repair our thermostat was amazing to job with. He was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain our options and to recommend the best ways to keep our system functioning over time. We were stressed about our situation and he handled with grace and care. He was even super sweet to our dogs. Much appreciation!
Josiah the tech from Ocean Air did an excellent project checking out and fixing our unit. Our unit is working like new again. He was on-time and even gave me a call ahead of our appointment time just to set expectations. He was super professional and provided plenty of explanations on questions I had. They were mindful of my house and showed excellent respect of me and my belongings. With the few unforseen issues, they presented me with the issue, offered solutions, were open to my suggestions, and followed through with agreed upon resolutions. They had high regard for the aesthetics of the finished product and took wonderful care in the clean up after installation was finished. First at most, I have a terrifc experience working with Ronnie and Ben. They were professional, supportive and detailed. They explained all the progress and installation. They both worked hard to make sure everything was correctly done in a time manner and they cleaned up behind themselves. If you need to install a filtration system or adding a gas line, they are the guys to go for.I’m beyond happy with the service done.
