Absolutely an amazing company and service. My aunt was in desperate need of of furnace repair. She had been without heat for weeks during some of the worst snow storms we’ve had this year. I reached out through a community page for help one evening and Derek responded. He came through in the biggest way imaginable. He sent a guy out the next day, they diagnosed the issue and installed a new furnace within 2 days of my original post. At a fair cost. I cannot tell you what a relief this was! Not only did these guys take initiative, make it a priority and respond quickly they did it in a compassionate profesional manner. We felt taken care of like family. I will never go anywhere else. If you have any question about using this company my vote is go with them. Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when dealing with stressful home repair issues. Thank you Derek, you are truly a life saver and your team is TOP NOTCH. Seriously the BEST! Thank you.

My work had a roof link and the offices and kitchen area got flooded. Derek and team did a great job getting here to get all the water cleaned up very fast. We were able to save all the dry wall and carpets.

Used Aladdin several times now for several places. Not only do they install/replace carpet, they clean them too. Responsive, professional and you get what you pay for. Straightforward no bs place

We have used these guys twice and each time they make sure to not only meet our needs but they most certainly go above and beyond! You could say I’m a bit of a Karen or minor Bridezilla right now as my fiancé and I have been busy planning a wedding and remodeling our house. We called and Aladdin came through for us in less than the original ETA on our new carpets! Then they did a fantastic job on the installation! Anyone who has ever done their carpets knows it’s not fun but so worth it. When these guys leave, your house is perfect and other than that new carpet smell and look you’d never know they were there.
Derek/Aladdin Carpet Cleaning came highly recommended to us by our realtor. We were delighted by his hard work to clean our carpets before placing our home on the market. Bonus: He even left his carpet rake at our house for a few days so we could rerake the carpets right before the professional photographer arrived to take photos for our MLS listing!

I own Vestra Property Management, as you can imagine in this business I have worked with a lot of different carpet cleaners. That stopped once I gave Derek with Aladdin Carpet Cleaning a few jobs. After a very short period Aladdin became my go to company and I have not looked back since. I strongly encourage all of my tenants to use them as well for their move out cleaning. Aladdin is hands down the best I have worked with in terms of quality as well as fair pricing.

Had my carpets cleaned by Aladdin, the owner Derek came and gave me a quote and performed the job after I scheduled an appointment. He was there when he said he would be, did a fantastic job, and was very nice to my dogs while he was there doing the job. Would highly recommend, will be using him again in the future!!
