After having a different company come out and mess things up worse, my realtor was able to find the information for 5 Star Quality HVAC who had originally installed our furnace in July of last year. Not only did Jeff come out right away, he fixed the wire that blew while the other guy was messing with it and somehow got our heat to work again. He had it figured out in no time, where as the other person that was here seemed clueless. I will highly recommend this company and use them for the remainder of the time we live in their service area.

I've used 5 Star for 11 years now. I've always received the fastest response, best price and very professional service. My house was designed poorly for air flow but Jeff has found solutions to greatly improve it. 5 star has done 2 air conditioners and 1 furnace for me and have always been there for me when I've had trouble. Last month my a/c died on the first hot day and they were there the next day installing a new one. I know 2 people who are still waiting for their units to be installed after 2 months. 5 star is truly 5 stars!
My A/C stopped working during a 100 degree heatwave. Everyone I called wouldn’t come out for 3 - 4 weeks! Called 5 Star and they took care of me the next day, never tried to up sell me, and did quick, honest work and charged me a fair and reasonable price!
I had an emergency situation and 5 Star Quality HVAC came in to save the day! They do amazing work and are wonderful people! If you have HVAC needs, turn to them!
We had a different contractor recommend thousands of dollars of work that five star did for free. Our water pressure was too high and a different contractor said we needed to replace our pressure regulator. 5 star just adjusted the setting and it has worked fine. They always are honest with us and tell us even when we don't need to do anything. They've blown out our sprinklers. Clean air ducts. They've done about everything and we've always been very happy with him.

SUPERB experience! From my initial call my interaction with this company was great. Even though they were fully booked, they made time after hours to come and take care of a pressing issue I had. The work was top notch, the customer service was excellent and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. The long lost art of customer service and a fair price for great work, is alive and well with this company!!!!
I had a whole house humidifier installed. They did great work and were reasonably priced.
What a wonderful and knowledgeable pair! I called and requested a replacement HVAC system. Not only were they incredibly helpful and flexible on their schedules, they also did great work! I am more than satisfied with the work performed, and they have a customer for life! Beyond affordable, and beyond expectations! I will be using them for every "handyman" and heating/cooling/electrical need for as long as they are in business.
Huge thanks to the 5 Star team for coming out on short notice to fix our A/C during the hottest week so far this year! They were professional and reasonably priced. Would use them again.
