My 93 year old father's evap cooler drain began leaking, beyond my husband's ability to repair. Called several HVAC and was told it would be a week or two before they could come out. Called Quality AC and Heating, told them our issue. They said they would be out there withing two days, but arrived by 10 AM the next day! Fixed the problem in less than an hour, and a very reasonable price. Thanks Guys, you really came through!

Timothy is responsive and gave me a highly competitive - actually BEST - price to install minisplit equipment I had purchased on my own so as to save thousands of dollars which I had been quoted by other companies who only let you purchase their equipment at mark-up retail on top of their installation and servicing costs. Doing it this way, I believe I saved about $5-6K - it shouldn't cost close to 12K to install a minisplit system??? Timothy also told me the installation is guaranteed for 1 year. On top of installing the dual-zone ductless system I had already purchased, Timothy recommended I install an additional 1 zone unit and gave me a discounted cost for the additional equipment plus install. So far seems to be working well, and I trust/hope I'll be able to call on Quality Air for servicing if and when needed. I had searched for close to 2 years off and on to find a way to have minisplits in my desert home without paying a fortune that I don't have, and very happy to have finally found Quality Air!!!
My furnace went out the day after Christmas. Quality air came out immediately to repair the blower motor. Unfortunately the entire combo unit had to be replaced. Tim from Quality Air and Ron his distributor worked tirelessly to find a replacement. This was a difficult task because Goodman combo units were extremely hard to locate across the country in Winter. Tim kept me up to speed daily and was even willing to drive half way across the country to pick up a unit. Once they located one Tim had the crane and crew ready immediately to remove the old unit and install the new one. Quality Air and Heating is a first class operation in every manner. You won’t find better people to work with than Tim and the staff at Quality Air and Heating.
Showed up on time. Explained all the work they did. Pleasant to deal with. Affordable... I have used them before, and I'll use them again, when needed. I will recommend Quality Heating and Air to anyone in need.
Our contractor left the job before finishing the mini split. We were in a tight bind and Quality Heating and Air was the first to respond and the only to show up. They were so professional, kind and timely. We are very grateful to now have our 'air and heating' go-tos!
Evan came out immediately and fixed my heater for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for helping me stay warm in 30 degree weather. The owner Timothy answers the calls 24/7.
Great experience. Evan the tech, was able to come out the day the problem was reported. He was able to find it, fix it and get everything in running order, at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Quality again.
Please see my complaint filed on the BBB website. I am too furious with these knobs to type everything out all over again. I can't help but feel that they saw a chance to rip off a senior disabled person.

Bought a house for long term rental and discovered immediately upon tenant move-in that the HVAC was inadequate to cool the whole house. I contacted several companies to get pricing and timeline to install a single mini split in the back of the house. Timothy responded to me on a Sunday and called me on Monday. He had the right solution in stock at a reasonable price, and he understood the urgency to keep a single mom and her two little girls cool in their new home. They fit us in and were very pleasant. And Timothy is a heckuva nice guy. Definitely recommend!!

I wanted to relocate my thermostat and found this company through reviews. They wanted 75$ to come out so I figured they must be a good company. After they show up they say that it will cost hundreds of dollars for them to do the work. I decided to pay them for this job (200$ terrible value) because I am not paying 800-1000$ to relocate a thermostat. I hired someone else to move the thermostat and it will take an hour and cost 200$, I should’ve just hired them. Not sure why they charge so much for providing such a poor value to their customers.
I hired Quality install my mini split and they did a wonderful job. They were on time, quick and professional. They did it so fast and definitely have lots of experience with these systems in the high desert. I highly recommend Quality AC. Friendly people too!
