I can corroborate the other reviews praising Derek. He came out to troubleshoot our faulty AC unit, explained what was happening with the unit, gave options of how to go about fixing it, and went above and beyond on getting it running smoothly again. He provided much appreciated transparency regarding a subject I know little about. In an industry where it is so hard to know who to trust, I won’t think twice about calling Ascent next time a problem comes up.

We had a toy ball accidentally go down the shower drain causing it to clog . Travis came out and was able to remove it for us. He came right on time and got the job done quick and efficiently. We have also used this company for our air conditioner and heater and service has always been great .

Travis and Robert were a pleasure to do business with. Did an excellent job on my tankless water heater. Getting hot water in my kitchen took like 15 minutes. Now it’s working perfectly!

09/22/22 Ascent came to my house to add coolant (R410A) to my system because of a suspected leak. They did not add dye and just stated “we will check it again a year from now to see if it’s low again”. 7 months later my system is down to 1lb and now I need to pay to find the leak and then add more coolant. If there was a suspected leak, dye should have been added first thing to see if there was a leak right off the bat.
OUR HVAC SYSTEM CHECKED OUT PERFECTLY. Intake filters were replaced and outside condensing units were checked for correct pressures etc. Service was fast and efficient.
Derek was great and got the job done thoroughly and quickly!

Technician showed up on time and kept us informed of the progress of the repair. He diagnosed and repaired the problem with our HVAC blower circuit board. The price was OK I guess it seemed kinda pricey but I didn't have anything to compare it to. We would definitely use Ascent again

Customer service rep who took my call was awesome (Terribly sorry I don't remember her name). Called to set up an appointment for a suspected leak. I was given a next day appointment. They reached out shortly after to offer a same day appointment. Travis showed up shortly after that and got to work. Had the leak traced back to a leaky toilet valve within 10 minutes. Overall very happy with the service provided. I'll be planning on giving them a ring for any future plumbing needs.
Super knowledgeable and friendly. He came in and after a few questions, he was able to narrow things down and find the problem. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now we have heat. Very impressed. Definitely calling again next time.

Nikki was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and was always friendly and professional. When the technician arrived for my appointment, I was equally impressed by the quality of the service I received. He was very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job of servicing my AC unit. Would definitely recommend this company.
