I can’t say enough good things about this company! From beginning to the end, everything was done wonderfully! From the first quote to enjoying the final product, it was a fantastic experience! They didn’t just show up on time , they showed a day early! And finished our job in record time. I wasn’t able to be there the day they came. But when I got home in the evening, they had locked up, and left my house cleaner than when I had left! We had the AC wall units installed in our 2 story home. We have just experienced our first hot day and got to use our units. They work amazingly! We no longer have to dread the summer! We are so very grateful. HVAC was repaired by replacing new unit under warranty by J MARTIN HVAC. Tim, who is the senior, came to our house to make a report of the issues that was required to replace the furnace. Santiago & Antonio performed the replacement of the unit and did a superb job with great speed. very satisficed with the service of J Martin. Would recommend their services to everyone.
I received several proposals but J Martin seemed the most knowledgeable. They offered several options to fit our needs and budget. They outlined their scope of work in detail and provided a good labor warranty to complement the good manufacturer warranty. Tim and Jared were great to work with. I highly recommend J Martin.
We had a 5 unit ductless mini-split system installed and JMartin was fantastic! They were able to get everything installed two weeks after coming by and giving us a quote. The installers were very professional and great to work with. For the first time since we've lived here, the air feels a uniform temperature around the house. We're very happy with everything!

I recently used J Martin for replacing the old asbestos ducts in my house and they not only met my high standards, but completely exceeded them. Jared came out personally and quoted the project with some different options as I had requested. He was personable, knowledgeable and honest. He quickly worked up the quote on the spot and sent me the quote on the spot by email which detailed out every aspect of the work and materials. When the day of the work came, the crew was on time, clean, extremely polite and friendly. They also took time to explain the details of the job and went through the work upon completion. It truly felt as if they cared about their work, took pride and enjoyed themselves while doing it. Coming from a construction background, I appreciated their workmanship and attention to detail. To summarize, J Martin represents the epitome of professionalism and the best company I've ever had the pleasure to hire.
Jared gave me the most completely detailed proposal I received. He took the time to get acquainted and to give me the sense of a qualified contractor of high integrity. He patiently answered all of my questions. He is a dealer for American Standard, which has the highest rating from Consumer Reports for Heat Pump systems. The installation team was motivated, professional, and on-time. I believe I received an excellent quality product. It was a pleasure working with Jared. Thank you.
J Martin’s installation team consisting of Mario T. and Wilmer H. performed an outstanding job installing our whole house heating and ac system, which included new ducts and vents plus a Google Nest thermostat. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Communication from the salesperson, Jesus, to the owner, Jared, and back to Mario, was professional and proficient. You would be wise to allow them to meet and likely exceed your indoor air quality needs.
The J Martin crew (Irvin, Kevin, Joelle, and Joeseph) arrived on time, were extremely professional and courteous, and they did a great job. They even helped me look for my dog who had escaped while they were working. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely hire them again for any air conditioning or heating needs/services.
This review is long overdue! J Martin has been an absolute pleasure to work with, from the start of our project to the end (and well beyond!). We received multiple quotes from different companies, and -- in addition to being the best value -- J Martin was the ONLY one that mentioned we would be eligible for a $3000 government rebate when replacing our broken gas furnace with an electric heat-pump system. Special thanks to Caleb for pointing that out! Caleb was also the only one to take the time to sit down with us and come up with the right solution, and provided a quote right on the spot. The installation team (I think it was Irvin and Kevin) were super friendly, professional, and thorough (they even came back to fix the airflow in my daughters bedroom). J Martin made sure everything was fully up to code -- they took care of everything, and all inspections passed with flying colors. The system was installed just in time for a scorching summer, and the AC worked like a dream. Once it started getting colder, we realized the heating would stop working at random times throughout the night, however J Martin had someone out here that very next day to take a look. When the problem came back a couple days later, Jared Martin himself came out to inspect. Jared reached out directly to the manufacturer and resolved the issue once and for all (turned out to be a factory defect). Now we're all set for winter and the upcoming holidays. I highly recommend J Martin. Jared and his team will make sure that you are completely satisfied before closing the deal. Customer service is great, and this is a very trustworthy company. Edgar and Joel are great guys and did a very nice job with installation of the units. This company treats their customers like friends and family. I can't say enough about the professionalism and decency of this company.
I chose to call J. Martin IAQ because of the many favorable reviews they received. I had high expectations for the services I contracted them to perform. They not only met but exceeded all expectations! From the first visit to my house to the final clean-up, all work was done in a thorough and professional manner. When initially shopping for my new HVAC system I met with several companies and their representatives. Jesus Ochoa stood out because of his obvious expertise and thoroughness. He explained his company’s services and gave me a detailed and competitive quote. Santiago and Carlos arrived on the installation appointment date on time and got to work immediately. They were always courteous and explained each step of the process in detail. They completed the installation of 2 new HVAC systems and new attic ducting in three days, as promised. After completing the work, the whole system was inspected and tested. Santiago sat down with us and explained everything about the installation and its operation. Finally, they left the house so clean that you could not tell that they were ever there. From start to finish all of the staff at J. Martin did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new HVAC system.
We called J Martin for estimated and approximate time to come out and installation time for a Quiet Cool Stealth 5.5 system. Everything would out as planned. Joseph and Hector their installation team showed up on the agrred date and time. They did an evaluation of our attic to determine if the space, outside vents, and placement of register for proper circulation of air throughout our home were ok for this system. They also explained the installation time ( about an hour). We agreed for them to proceed with the installation. Everything they promised was delivered. After installation they showed us how to properly cool our home via window openings to take advantage of either whole house, downstairs or upstairs cooling. Also explained was the remote with fan speed and time settings. We are now sitting in a home that we can feel air being pulled in that feels like a cool breeze cooling our entire home allowing us to lessen use of AC. Thsnk you J Martin for your help and service in doing our Quiet Cool System.
PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL INTEGRITY!!! Jared and his team (Mario & Wilmer) figured out how to route our condo for a Mitsubishi ductless split system to be installed! While 3 other A/C companies were unable to find a way to get the air upstairs as well as down, they got it done! Great job guys!!! Now we can survive these miserable heat waves!!!
HVAC replacement is a major investment in your home and you want to make sure you get it right. So I called 7 HVAC companies to get quotes and opinions. My experience with J Martin started with talking to Rex (the owner) over the phone and I was immediately hooked! Business aside he is such a wonderful human being with outmost care and respect for the customer. And you can see his wisdom and the customer excellence culture throughout his team. In any job, if everything goes smoothly and as expected, then most companies are good, but it's those occasions when things go wrong and there are unexpected complications where you can see the difference between a good HVAC company and an awesome HVAC company! That's the difference between a company with a great leader vs a company without one. Unfortunately, my home HVAC replacement project didn't go as smoothly as we hoped for. There were some unexpected hiccups, but every time, J Martin team went above and beyond to amaze us with their sense of customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could! Every single person I interacted with at J Martin was beyond nice and helpful. Jesus was assigned as our project manager. What a gentleman! He was very responsive, and very patient with our infinite questions. Super nice and courteous! Then Edgar and his team came for installation, and once again I was impressed. Him and his teammates Joel and Joseph, did an outstanding installation. I am a picky person and I was concerned about the look of the vents since we had to replace the duct work as well. But they went above and beyond to the point that I had to stop Joel a few times, telling him: okay it's good enough but he wouldn't let go until it was great! He is such a perfectionist! Lol And lastly I spoke with Rex's son, Jared and once again an amazing gentleman who patiently worked with me to address some of my concerns. Rex, if you read this, my hat's off to you for building such an amazing team. Our society needs more people like

Had the crew at J Martin come by and install a whole house fan the other day. Gerardo and Tony did the work and they did an outstanding job! Very clean, provided lots of info and instruction for the use of the fan. Now the fan, I wish I would have purchased one sooner. I had been debating it for a long time now and finally did it. The first night I tried it, the house was stuffy but lots cooler outside. I turned the fan on and within minutes my place went from 80 to 73 (a/c not turned on). If you call this company , maybe you will be lucky and have Gerardo and Tony come by to perform the work.
