Amir was my technician and he was phenomenal. He was on time, answered any and all questions, and very detailed in his explanations and diagnosis. Amir showed me exactly how my system was operating and gave me the recommendations to repair on the spot, which he did, then showed me the new readings after the touch ups. Highly recommend this company, it’s refreshing having someone that truly cares and want to help you without breaking the bank.
Idan did the annual maintenance check on our A/C system. Idan is very knowledgeable, conscientious, and articulate and this is especially important because our system is 27 years old. We also signed up for a maintenance agreement and there was one minor repair. Thanks to Idan for providing such a high level of customer service.

They replaced my heating/cooling system. Work was done quickly and professionally. They took time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. They did an incredible job. I've been very happy with their service. I will definitely be a first call for future service.
We just have our HVAC system replaced with them. The job required some custom fabrication, but this Company stuck by their quotes and did not charge us an extra. Highly recommendable.

My AC maintenance today and the original phone conversation were both excellent experiences. They gave very clear explanations of everything. They were polite, informed, and effective. I heartily endorse both him and this business!
This is one of the worst experiences I have encountered in my entire life. I hired this company to install an AC in a home I bought and remodeled. I payed in full shortly after receiving the invoice and I never got the service done. Every time I scheduled an appointment for them to come and do the job, they never showed up. Worst part, they didn't even leave a notice or message saying they would not arrive to the property. This happened too many times. Months later, after making constant calls they finally showed up, however, telling me I had to pay them more. I did. They started to install the AC with the most economic supplies but in the contract and on the invoice it stated that I payed for the best quality supplies. I called them to confront them about the poor job, as a result I got cussed out. Long story short, their service is horrible. They're quick to collect your money, but take several months to even show up and do the job you payed for. Also they're a scam, how can you charge for the most expensive supplies to then come and install cheap quality supplies? They're very rude, very unprofessional. It is always the reviews like this that will provide you with the honest truth. Save your time and your money, and look for a better company, I promise there are so many better companies out there!
Horrible experience! Don't use them! Work not fixed and still charged our credit card over $1400 for work that was never done! We called Universal when our usual HVAC weren't available. Our office server room AC was blowing warm air. They sent a tech that day and he was fine. He found the problem was a leak and the AC system would also need to have freon refilled. For a commercial AC its a long process plus finding the source of the leak and since it was Friday afternoon he said he would return Monday to do the repairs. We sign the invoice for the work that day and approved his returning Monday. But Monday afternoon they send a different Tech who knew nothing about what the first tech had done, even after I told him he spends hours diagnosing the issue himself. After hours go by, couldn't find him, no updates & the reception thermostat is malfunctioning too I call the Universal, they contact him. He then tells me there is no leak, the system needs to be reset & he started the reset which would take another 45 min to finish. Almost 2 hours later at 6:45pm, I need to leave and close the office, he is still asking for another 20 min. I said NO, it's been 5 1/2 hrs! I asked our building maintenance guy who had been escorting him to the roof to tell him to turn it back on and leave. He turned it back on, still blowing warm air. He even text our building maintenance guy the next day asking if it was fixed. I said no its not fixed. We then were able to schedule our usual HVAC tech, who confirms it was a leak and needs freon. Then we get billed by Universal over $1400 for fixing the leak and the freon which was never done! I call the office to speak with manager about a refund but he was out. I leave this detailed message, no call back. A week later I call again to speak with the manager and he was immediately argumentative, saying it was fixed, if it wasn't why didn't I call back. I informed him I did. Again he accuses me of lying, because we wouldn't wait this long if

I was very happy with their overall service. They got back to me right away with scheduling an appointment. They told me exactly what they would be doing for my annual AC Service. They answered all my questions and recommended easy maintenance that I can do between their service each year. Highly recommend.

This is the only company I will deal with! They have extremely professional and friendly staff and technicians, respond as quickly as possible when you have a problem, and solve your heating and AC issues thoroughly.
They provided me with clear explanations of my options, the price, and the procedure without exaggerating the details. In the end, we decided to set up two new heating systems. Without a doubt, I'd suggest this business!

I received the same treatment as if I were their most valued client. The repair man who came to my house to service my air conditioner was courteous, amiable, and knowledgeable. He also exuded a strong sense of pride for their business and their line of work. They shown professionalism throughout and calmly and intelligently responded to all of my inquiries. I would suggest this company to everyone.
Definitely suggest these folks! The team always responds immediately, is highly competent, and is truly motivated to solving any problems with the HVAC system. I contacted them right away on a Sunday morning, and they responded quickly, professionally, and properly. I am THANKFUL, especially given the "environment" in which we live, when all service providers are understaffed, overburdened, and overworked. I appreciate the employees and this company!
