So far he has come out on two separate issues for my OLD AC unit. Both times he was able to correct the issues at the time of service and had parts with him. He is able to come up for the service call within 24 hours of the request and was on time and spent less than 30 minutes diagnosing and correcting my AC issue. He is very knowledgeable and also efficient! Highly recommend if you have any AC issues.

Our installation was difficult because our house was an old two story . Efficiency Air came up with a system that solved the problem .
Leonard Searls of Efficiency Air Inc was promptly answered our query by phone, came to our home to inspect our 20+ year old central AC, made a few phone calls and gave an estimate and time it would take to remove our entire old AC system & to install a brand new system. Leonard is a thorough and experienced professional. He told us that his team was fully Covid-19 vaccinated & furnished the cards! He came with his team on the promised day & time with the right equipment and told us exactly how the work would be executed. His team immediately started the work and finished it on time! I was properly briefed & educated on the new programmable thermostat, and all manuals were handed over for our safe-keeping. All old equipment and parts were removed and hauled away along with the debris and they did not stuff our trash bins! All work area was properly cleaned. We never had a team of such professionals do the work before! Thank to you and your team, Leonard!
It is rare these days to have a live person answer a call. Leonard picked-up my call right away and after I explained exactly what was needed, size of home, etc... he was able to quote me a price over the phone. Within 2 days, he was at property with his workers installing the unit. They were quick, professional and neat. The price he quoted was the price I paid. There was no additional fees or any surprises. I would highly recommend him.
Leonard and Jose are awesome! We had an HVAC malfunction in the attic, resulting in a leak through the ceiling and all the way downstairs. They not only took the call, but came out within 30 minutes on a Saturday night, on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend!
We just had our whole HVAC system and duct work replaced and we could not be happier! The entire process was a breeze from our very first meeting with Tim until it was installed in just one day! Tim was super knowledgeable and walked us through all of the products and process to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision that was best for our house and family. We proceeded to get more quotes but were consistently underwhelmed by the lack of response from the other companies as well as their incredibly high prices. We felt we could trust Tim right from the start and he definitely proved that to be the case! He even happily answered any questions that arose while obtaining the other bids and was very patient while we did our due diligence. Once we chose to go with Tim and his company the rest of the process was easy peasy. We scheduled a date and he kept us informed as to their arrival time and that they would be done same day. His crew was very pleasant and didn't even mind that our kids kept getting in their way as they worked. They even came across some plumbing issues that they didn't anticipate and even with the extra time and labor they did not adjust for any additional charges even though it was a much more difficult process than they initially thought. I was very impressed by the way they handled the entire situation and am very grateful they didn't charge us for the extra work as I am sure they could have rightfully done. Our system is working great and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend them!
Five stars PLUS to: Efficiency Air,, Leonard, AND an Outstanding team of installers! This company provides a up front/straight, NO BS approach, fair and compeptive priciing for their HIVAC systems. I was extremely pleased with their total customer service attitude and willingness to go the extra mile so to speak. The capable group of installers had a combined 30+ years of experience and were clean, neat, respectful of my home and careful in not damaging new dry walls and fresh paint. They were also attentive to my questions and clearly communicated their answers. A special thanks to Leonard who helped supervise the installation and made serveral recommendations to ensure my system was working properly. As a former Customer Service Supervisor for a major Federal organization, I am keenly aware of the requirements in providing a quality product on time and exceeding the expectations of my customers. Leonard and Efficiency Air are to be commended for their efforts. Similar to 'other' 5 star reviewers, I strongly recommend this company. Management, staff and installers are professional, honest and take pride in their jobs. You will NOT go wrong with this company.
We just moved into this townhouse and found the heating system was very outdated and did not work. Our landlord shopped around for the best deal, with honest people. Efficiency Air was who he decided to do the work. The crew was on time, hard working, and had the entire heating system replaced in around 2-2.5 hours. Very professional. They also cleaned up the work area entirely. You'd have never even known they were here. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company and service. Phil and the team who came out to fix my AC were so attentive and wonderful. They cared enough to take the time to locate the freon leak which no other company in past years had actually done. All these years every other company had “guessed” the leak was due to wear and tear on the outdoor unit when in fact the indoor unit in the attic had the actual leak. They gave me such a reasonable quote that I decided to replace the entire 20 year old system completely. The job was done in half an afternoon and the AC has never cooled better than it does now. Thank you Phil and the crew from Efficiency Air. Beyond happy with your work and the new AC!!!
Being abroad during these difficult Covid times and finding out that our A/C in LA had broken down and needed replacement immediately due to the current high temperatures could have been a gruelling experience. However, having been referred to Igor once I decided on the brand everything turned out far better than I ever could have imagined. I would highly recommend this company. Although I didn’t choose Efficiency Air to fit my system, I would have gone ahead and used this company had I not had a family friend offer an unbeatable rate. Tim is very knowledgeable and transparent. I would highly recommend this company.
Best Air Conditioning service in Los Angeles Thank you Igor. We had a really great experience! We had a complete new system installed-a/c, furnace, ducts. Their work was excellent. They came on time when they said they would - installers were polite, clean and very hard working. Completed the project on time without any unexpected delays or expense. Would definitely recommend.
My experience with Tim from Efficiency Air was fabulous from the first day that I met him. He was friendly, professional, and after talking with him for several minutes it became clear that he was quite familiar and knowledgeable with HVAC systems. Being that he had a background in mechanical engineering was a big plus. The first thing that he wanted to do before answering our questions was to educate us on the different systems available and how they work. I was impressed by that approach. Our gas furnace was situated in a closet in the center of our house. Since we didn't a want a gas furnace in the house (actually it was my wife that didn't want the gas furnace) we decided on a heat pump condenser which was the best choice for us. It would be installed outside and the air handler, which moves the air, would be installed in our attic. The now empty closet would be converted in to a pantry at a future date. Tim went over the pros and cons of a gas furnace and heat pump. Based on his summation of the pros and cons we decided that the heat pump was the way to go for us. The following day I got his proposal and cost for our system. It was reasonable and I believe a fair price considering the extra cost for new ducting and putting the air handler in the attic. The new ducting made a huge difference. I knew that I would be hiring Tim after he left our home. It was just a gut feeling based on the way he treated us, educated us, being patient with our questions and his superb knowledge of HVAC systems. I made an appointment to have our new system installed one week later. He arrived at the scheduled date early and his crew arrived a few minutes later. Tim told me that he has a habit of arriving early on all his jobs. That also impressed me. There were five guys on site including Tim and they were well organized and got to work immediately. Tim supervised the entire installation. He only left 3-4 times during the day to get parts and meet a customer. They laid out padding
I’ve used efficiency Air three times for three different properties, and they keep getting better and better! This is a phenomenal company that does phenomenal work! I highly recommend using efficiency air! Bottom line, he came over to my house in the middle of the afternoon and was there the next day at 7 AM and finish the job in three hours which he told me it could take about six hours. That’s underpromising and overdelivering! You can’t ask for anything more from a company! I highly recommend using this company
Our AC stopped working at 5pm on a Monday night. I called our home warranty insurance and they provided me with the name of Efficiency Air. I called them at 5:20pm and spoke to a wonderful women who advised me that my order was not yet in their system and that she would call me as soon as it was and to schedule an appt. She even asked if was going to available early in the morning the next day. I said of course! Within 15 mins I get a call from her letting me know that Phil their technician would be at my house at 9am. It took one call and Efficiency Air provided me not only an appt., but the name of my tech, sent an app to track the status of my service request order, and a tracker to let me know how far my technician was from my house. I received a call from Phil the next morning advising me that if was 15 mins away and from the moment he showed up he assessed the problem, called my insurance, ordered the motor part and called me to let me know he would be at my house the next day to get my AC up and running. Now that is exceptional customer service! Phil did an amazing job and cleaned up after to make sure it looked the same as he found it. Thank you Phil!!!! I can’t thank Efficiency Air enough for the great service they provided, as I have an 84 yr old mother and having them fixed my AC so quickly was wonderful. I would highly recommend them for any AC services you may need!
Paul and his staff are excellent at what they do - Now I love my home during hot days. As the name implies, they are very efficient completed my new air conditioning project in one day. My bedroom is my favorite room with the extra vent I added, thanks to the expertise from Paul it hits the spot like a cherry 🍒on top😉. Overall, excellent work = money 💵 well spent! I would highly recommend Paul and his company 👍
We hired Efficiency Air to replace our HVAC in the attic, because they had the best price. Tim came to our house on time with 4 helpers. The job was finished in one day. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks for the installation and we are very pleased with everything they did. We highly recommend them.
I used Efficiency Air to install my A/C packaged 4-ton system. After more than 3 years of trouble free operations, I had a problem. Efficiency Air technician was at my home within 24 hrs of placing service call. They really do stand behind their products and treat their customers right!
